The more he prattles on, with every little point covered and explained, the more I get the impression that it is all starting to sound more and more like utter bullcrap. I wonder if the juror's are getting the same impression?

2:54pm: "He will tell you that he was not feeling under particular stress or pressure that week," Mr Byrne said.

"They had seen a counsellor they felt positive with, they were putting practices into place to move forward with their relationship. As far as he was concerned he was positive ... about the finances of the business."
