Gender depression is actually a thing, you can become quite depressed over not having a child of a certain sex. Having said that, I think the whole thing is being exaggerated by the BCs...

But it's usually wanting the same gender as you.

If i could tell the jury,
exactly how it was,
the fear, the pain, that i went through,
struck down without a cause.
Did the jury carefully weigh it all
as they listened to the plea?.
There were NO emotions showing now,
just the hopes of going free.

Phil & Jocelyn were the smart ones here. Going into liquidation is exactly what should have happened.

11:14am: With business booming, Mr Baden-Clay said he decided to move the agency from Kenmore to 1 Swann Road at Taringa in 2010.

But at that time his business partners Joceyln Frost and Phil Broome "stopped selling".

"We had massive outflows .. and our two key sales performers basically stopped selling ... and that came to a head because we weren't able to pay ourselves anything," he said.

"Phil came to me to ask for money and that's when I borrowed money from Peter Cranna and I gave $6000 to Phil."

Shortly after the January 2010 floods hits.

This must be the reason Phil paid Cranna back the $6000 direct. When Cranna was giving evidence the judge clarified with him when he said he got no repayments from GBC and the judge asked him to explain as it did seem he was suggesting someone else may have paid him money owing by GBC.

Gerard says Phil satyed. "He never met any of his targets." Says he left the business towards the middle of 2011. #badenclay

Gerard says Jocelyn insisted on having the first $10,000 bonus payment upfront and "left as soon as the cheque cleared". #badenclay
