They seemed like the perfect couple. It was a facade - Fuller #badenclay

What is he taking notes for?!

Prosecutor - Allison did not fall or jump from the bridge to end in that position, unless her body's been carried by water #badenclay

But prosecutor Todd Fuller reminds jury the expert pathologist said there was no evidence Allison's body had been in the water #badenclay

The footage is misleading, one second equals up to 4500 seconds, don't be confused - Fuller

11:27am: Mr Fuller said there was little evidence to suggest Mrs Baden-Clay intentionally jumped from the Kholo Creek bridge.

"You will safely conclude she was not suicidal or in some drug-induced delirium," he said.

Mr Fuller said Mrs Baden-Clay would have sustained substantial injuries if she had jumped.

"There are none," he said.

He said forensic pathologist Dr Nathan Milne conceded Mrs Baden-Clay may have escape significant injury if she fell into a "depth of water".

"Well ladies and gentlemen, the only way she could have fallen into a depth of water and ended up there, was if she was washed up on the bank," Mr Fuller said, showing the court a photograph of Mrs Baden-Clay's body on the muddy creek bank.

"She has not fallen from the bridge to end up in that position unless the water has carried her."

But Mr Fuller said Dr Milne did not believe Mrs Baden-Clay's body had been immersed in water.

Dr Milne conducted a post-mortem examination on Mrs Baden-Clay.

Fuller says time lapse made it seem like debris was floating past quickly. Not so. The tide takes six hours to come in and out. #badenclay

Fuller says it was not a constant forceful stream as it appeared in timelapse. #badenclay

Fuller says pathologist said there were post mortem changes consistent with her being in the same position from soon after death. #badenclay

Fuller says top half of body mummified, bottom half in mud putrified. #badenclay

Good point about the dent as it implies Allison's body landed with some force in that exact spot and stayed there. Consistent with being thrown off ledge but not from the bridge. It's a high ledge, I have been there and seen it.

Body photos taken off the screen for now. Gerard has his head up. There are screens at his feet too

If it continues in this vein, this summation will go down as textbook and a career highlight IMO.

Salient points front and centre, neither pandering nor patronising, succinct and CREDIBLE.

Has abandoned the notes 'cause he doesn't need them, confidently pacing, on fire!

Fuller says for Allison to have been washed up the creek, she would still have had to have made it 13km from home. #badenclay

Fuller is referring to maps of the creek. #badenclay

Fuller is now showing tide charts for the relevant dates. #badenclay

Fuller is showing tide heights and times from the time the footage was taken for defence in June, 2014. #badenclay

Fuller says that shows the folly of their footage. Tide heights were different. Topography was different. Water flows, etc. #badenclay

Fuller says there was no markings in the footage to show where the body would have been. #badenclay

Thanks Ford, this is only stuff that can come from someone who has been on a jury.

No problem

Just to add, jury members are encouraged to take their own notes while in courtroom.
So a lot of jury room discussion was painting a clear picture of timelines / events, trying to eliminate the possibility of any of the 12 people having an incorrect idea of what has gone on. Its probably not surprising that 12 people hearing the same evidence, do come up with slight variances in their overall 'pictures'.
Its quite an interesting time to observe 12 practical strangers bond together with the same objective, but on a scale that may have some very serious outcomes.

Fuller says whether there was water lapping around her body wasn't the point. #badenclay

Fuller says there had to have been enough water to make her bouyant, deposit her there and recede. #badenclay
