just inbetween tweets thought I would add:-
The thing that makes watching supersmartstonecoldfox, TF stunning to watch is that he has a few dramatic moves he incorporates to hammer home a point. He has shifted his lectern to be facing the jury and judge to capture the jury’s full attention. His demeanor is relaxed and he has an air of authority. At appropriate moments he takes a few steps makes some gestures, and other times he points to GBC. The pointing was extremely effective yesterday. From memory, at some he point in the trial TF pointed vigourously at GBC and says 'this man here killed his wife effectively and efficiently'. It was a really powerful body language, esp given the positions the Barrister and GBC are in.
Another time TF was speaking of EBC, NBC and OW and he gestured to them saying GBC successfully deceived all his family not just Allison and it was done while they were working at the SAME office under their noses.

He didn't bundle the girls in the car, rather he waited for his dad to come. Why. so he could go out alone in the captiva to get rid of something. And it had to be the captiva.
