Ohhh well its very intimidating in your! Gerard is about 2 metres from me, and he does not move a muscle, not one fidget! Stares straight ahead. The Baden-Clay's are in front of me. No emotion expressed except one eye roll of exasperation from Olivia. Jury really has no expression except listening intently. It's so small in there I am quite shocked how close everyone is compared to courts I've seen on TV.

Bless Mark Ainsworth....beautiful man

I wont forget Mark Ainsworths face when he was making a police report when Alison was still missing.. his face was crumpled, but with utter contempt for Gerard, it was as plain as day..

Oh dear, she must be careful her eye doesn't pop out, it would be a shame.....

Perhaps Allison had put a reminder in her phone to meet Kate and the reminder has gone off and Gerard has realised his plans have to change

possible
how about .....GBC calls Kate at 7.09, maybe Kate sent a text message to Allison's phone, (which GBC has got) about the trip to the conference (GBC is unaware they were meeting up) so now he's in a bit of a spin (he knows Allison is NOT turning up to meet Kate) this then puts the spanner in his timing of how he was going to play out Friday the 20th April, forces him to contact authorities much earlier than he wanted to ... just thinking out loud

Maybe it was that the captiva was at home and he couldn't think of a way to get rid of it. So that was the spanner in the works for him.

Wow, good on you Freya. Can't wait for your posts. Make sure to try and eavesdrop if you can : )
Unfortunately it looks like your supporting BC's by sitting with them but that can be used in your/our favour. Lol.

Was Kate going to turn up at their house at 7am do you think? That's why GBC contacted the police?

I wonder how defendants, guilty or not, do it...just sit there and listen to the accusations or to all their lies being exposed, without heart racing and dripping with sweat from anxiety. That's what I'd be doing; sweat would be just pouring off me. :waitasec:
