If I was on the jury I would have the biggest headache...Im a slow learner and I
would not be able to follow the judges instructions without writing it all down.:scared:

And I have always believed he was guilty, now more than ever.:daisy:
Some of them looked very weary, rubbing their faces and eyes at time. I can't imagine sitting in there day after day. I would think they'd get a written copy of it all too, no way you could remember it all!

anyone got the link to the police recordings from 20th April? I believe there were two segments released to MSM? I've had no trouble finding the 000 call, and the police interview on the 21st, but the recordings at the house that morning with Keiron Ash I can't seem to find??

Huh?! I got that when TM was working at C21 it was for the sake of the business, but she was no longer working there when Bruce sent those emails.

Judge warns jury much of his summary of closing statements will be repetitive, he's obliged to do so.

That exercise will wait until tomorrow. Court adjourned until 10am for Justice Byrne to complete summing up

Well, we can't say he didn't warn us. :)

Hmmm, this got me thinking.

It doesn't seem like GBC was going with the suicide theory first up?
Or did he say no because it sounds like he's in denial because Allison was suicidal which he will later say?
Or is this theory put forward by GBC family members?
Was the suicide angle only suggested after Allison's body was found?

What do you all think?

I wondered if it was conjured up in cosultation with his lawyers. After all he did engage legal help on the day Allison was reported missing(wasn't it- or am I confused and it was the next day- either way, pretty early), after he had already spoken to police initially and told them she was not suidical.

He said the accused told him things were dire financially and he had not been able to buy new razors for six months.
So THAT'S why he grew a beard immediately after she went missing.

See, it all checks out.

Gerard is sitting still in the dock as Justice John Byrne summarises his four days of evidence

His mind is probably wandering to what's on the menu at Arthur Gorrie tonight. Perhaps Wednesday is cooked goose night? :behindbar:
