I don't have your same life experience but I also don't think the blood proves anything.

I am puzzled by blood transfer but no plant matter.

And I am well and truly in the minority. :)

Life experience makes me sound old, I'll have you know I got asked for ID when going to the bottle shop fairly recently (well, maybe 2 years ago lol).

Plant material is easily seen and removed. The blood was hiding....

“I am grateful for the lovely text I just received from my husband,” she wrote on April 16, 2010.

“I am grateful for my husband taking the time and effort to make my morning smoothie,” she wrote on April 19,

These 2 quotes from Allison's diary stand out for me because of the dates. All of a sudden he was making an effort to do nice little things for Allison. Why now..? Because... he had made the decision by the 16th to kill her.

That quote from Allison's diary is dated 2010. Allison was murdered in 2012.

The kids were asked about injuries Allison may have had, weren't they? There wasn't any. Maybe GBC's imagination ran dry once he come up with the explanations for his booboos, caterpillars, shaving accidents, broken light globes and a non-breaking low speed stack. I mean seriously, there is possible, plausible and probable and there is contradictory evidence to even find his stories possible let alone plausible or probable. Life just beat Gerard up and Allison's blood is in the car when she meets her demise away from both the car and Gerard?

The people in purple are now resorting to sabotaging jurors' seats??

I love purple and have a lot of clothes in that colour - rethinking wardrobe now [emoji15]

Not easily seen down the side of a seat for example, which is in the same region people believe whatever cover used had a gap of some sort for the blood to come through.

IMO

I can't believe that the day of justice is so close now. I hope it's a quick verdict - my heart rate's going through the roof.

Thanks for all the tweets and updates guys, for all of us in different time zones. Much appreciated.

I got asked for id there only last year -
But it was for my 17 yr old son. And then they wouldn't serve me :(

I reckon the screwdriver injury was legit.

Yep plant matter can be vacuumed up, blood can't

Vacuum was tested I believe.

Not to sound like a broken record but how often do notice injuries on yourself well after the fact? I don't know about you but I'm forever finding decent sized cuts and bruises and have no idea how I've done them. Likewise if you asked me what, if any injuries my partner may have had recently you'd be met with a blank stare and a shrug of the shoulders (excluding really obvious things of course).

I remember once I was opening a gate to visit a friend and opened it across the top of my little toe and a little way down my foot, at the time I thought "I'm okay, just a little bit hurt" (gotta fit in with the crowd you know) but forgot about it by the time I got to the front door. Friend came out and she said something less polite than "what on earth did you do to your foot", looked down and it was literally covered in blood. Looked like I had tried to self amputate or something, washed the blood off and within a few minutes you would have had to have had a foot fetish to even realise I had a wound there.

Have the jury been constantly away from their homes and family for all this time? If they live close by can they go home on weekends and are they all from Queensland?
I'm guessing they would be placed in a hotel close by and maybe have dinner together most nights. Oh to listen into their conversations!
I've always wanted to be on jury duty before but after this, I don't think so.
Just wondering.

When I injure myself I know all about it. If I stub my toe or get some other bump resulting in a bruise, I swear loud and long, I stop what I'm doing, I look at applying some relief because I am in pain. If I cut my finger preparing a meal, they can probably hear the scream next door. I'd venture that a low pain threshold is probably more common than your clearly very high pain threshold!

Sure but tested for what plant matter, would have already been emptied washed ....bag tossed or cylinder washed.. Doesn't mean it wasn't used to clean dirt, leaves from car.
