I don't have your same life experience but I also don't think the blood proves anything.

I am puzzled by blood transfer but no plant matter.

And I am well and truly in the minority. :)

The lack of plant material in the Captiva doesn't bother me. To me there are lots of potential scenarios to deal with this, assuming that Allison was transported to Kholo in the back of this car as the prosecution have alleged. Some ideas include that she was placed on a tarp in the back of the car or wrapped in a blanket. If these items were used they could have trapped any plant material on them rather than leaving them in the car. These items could have been disposed of or washed, dried and put away before the arrival of the police. The other scenario is that the car was vacuumed using a different vacuum cleaner to the one that NBC had and maybe at a different location to the house as well. Either of these ideas would leave the possibility of no leaves being found in the back of the Captiva. Obviously none of these ideas that I present have any factual basis. They are just ideas from my imagination about what could have happened to any plant matter in the back of the Captiva and explain why the lack of it doesn't bother me. I can also see how a small rivulet of blood could easily be missed by the alleged perpetrator in the darkness and the stress of the occasion too.

Thanks to all the people for keeping us updated with tweets and court reports too.

Saying what?

This is what I posted earlier then another person pointed out it had been noticed by others as well.

With regards to Mrs BC falling asleep in court, I really feel that she is on some type of medication. The day I was in court and sat behind her and watched her walk in and out and back in again I thought that her eyes were puffy and her smile was a forced smile. She seemed to be 'fake it till you make it' happy.
I wouldn't be surprised if she was on some sort of sedative or antidepressant herself.

If you compare photos of her at Allisons funeral and those taken outside the court she ( in my opinion ) has most certainly put on weight in her face. Some medications can do that

That EBC has put on weight and the cause may be her being medicated.

Ah thank you, it could be so. A family that hold sons in such high esteem having so much trouble with their #1 son - it would be hard.

• Fuller says it was that afternoon, April 19, on the phone to Toni, that he said he was going to sell the business. #badenclay

Im so glad Fuller mentioned this!
It was important.
Not only was it, at the time he told Toni, something GBC couldn't practically do -

In GBC mind he had already murdered Allison - he was thinking and talking in the future - after the murder.

:floorlaugh: I read that and am now crying with laughter, trying to explain to hubby why. He just thinks I'm a nut. Thanks for the laugh, much needed!

This has happened to me many times over the course of following this case here on WS. It is great that, given the terrible and upsetting circumstances we are discussing, we are able to share some light relief too. There are many great characters here!

I also think how GBC treated women - this is often learned behaviour. EBC may have been through a lot too.

That's true. I'm always finding bruises on myself and don't know how I got them. But I've never hurt myself and bled like that found in that car without noticing. For that you'd feel it or find the blood on you. Perhaps you have a reason for wanting to find innocence, and that's ok if you do.

Edit: weird the post I quoted didn't appear. Sorry!

Given her instigation of the infamous granny pash.....I would say that both BC seniors are probably equal in the issues we have.....she certainly does not look like any shrinking violet

Playing devils advocate here - stress affects everyone differently.

I'm sure I read it here but hey I could be mistaken.

I googled it was mentioned here some stage but I can't seem to get the link up

From memory ( which could be faulty) it was mentioned in posts between Her Honour and JCB. A misunderstanding IIRC.

I think the same. He forgot to take the rings off though. Might have at least looked like robbery.

Yes exactly. And also when he realised there would be no signs of sexual assault - time to latch onto OW's broadcasts about Allison's depression and having her "returned" (what the heck was that about?)...

the more I read your post ,Figgers, the more accurate it is.. it explains where he doesn't answer when Toni asks him ,' what about Allison, is she staying on?? ' he goes silent....

I had only gone as far as what was he blabbing about , there was no damn business to sell.. but your post made me think it thru all over again..

thanks for the tweet collection..

Yeh, I'd say it just stayed connected till the battery died.

Yes which makes me wonder, if Allison was going to suicide, why would she have charged her phone?
