The Curious Case of 2 Aircraft Owned by NationsBank(which is now Bank Of America)1of2

Inside Out not Outside In. I'm hunting for aircraft that may have been used for a cross-country flight. The aircraft must meet the 4 following criteria:
1)Is the aircraft affiliated with person(s) who may been close to the victim's family?
2)Is it reasonable to assume that the above-mentioned person(s) had access to the keys to the aircraft?
3)Is the aircraft capable of flying the route to and from Colorado in approximately 3 1/2 hours or less each way?
4)Was the aircraft located in or around the Atlanta area on the night of December 25 1996?

Stewart Long was dating Melinda Ramsey. Stuart Long was on the plane along with John Andrew Ramsey and Melinda as they flew to Minneapolis on December 26 1996 to meet up with the victim's family. Stuart Long married Melinda Ramsey(John Ramsey's daughter).
After the morning of gift giving and a pancake breakfast among the four Ramseys, Burke and JonBenet invited young playmates over to show off the new toys. Patsy had packing and gift wrapping to do in preparation for leaving the next morning for their home in Charlevoix where they would spend the rest of the holiday week with John’s grown children, John Andrew and Melissa, and Melissa’s boyfriend, Stewart long. Melissa was a registered nurse at the Kenneth Stone Hospital in Marietta, Georgia, and her boyfriend was a medical student. John Andrew, although attending College at CU in Boulder, was spending the Christmas break with this mother in Atlanta.. This trio of young folk were to join the other Ramseys in Minneapolis for the rest of the leg of the journey that would take them to Charlevoix

Stewart M. Long Jr. who worked for Citizens and Southern National Bank (C&S) in 1984, is believed to be the father of Stewart Long(The son also goes by Stewart Long III). This can be seen in the obituary in Exhibit F in which "Stewart III" is listed as a child of Stewart M. Long Jr. Also Stewart Long's uncle, Guy long, which was reported:
Melinda and Stewart Long left the dinner party about 7:00 P.M., and Melinda started to pack for an early flight the next day. At 9:00 they went to visit Guy Long, Stewart's uncle, and after visiting other friends were home by midnight.
is in two obituaries; therein Guy Long is inferred as a brother to Stewart M Long Jr. See Exhibit E and F.

Stewart M. Long Jr. was elected senior vice president at Citizens and Southern Georgia Corp. and he was currently a regional manager of C&S factoring. He had a wife, Joan, and two kids which one of them was Stewart Long(boyfriend of Melinda Ramsey). See Exhibit A and B. In September 1986, Stewart M. Long Jr. becomes executive vice-president at C&S Georgia Corp.'s asset-based lending decision. See Exhibit C. In October 1986, Stewart M. Long Jr. is promoted to general manager of factoring for Citizens and Southern Commercial Corp. See Exhibit D. In the next 5 years, Citizens and Southern National Bank goes through a series of acquisitions and mergers. In the year 1991, Citizens and Southern Corp. becomes NationsBank(also known as NCNB and North Carolina Nations Bank). See Exhibit I. It was difficult to find any more information of Stewart M. Long Jr. status at the bank.

Did Stewart M. Long Jr. executive position survive the flurry of mergers and acqusitions? I think so. I discovered a contract, on the web, made with NationsBank in 1997. See Exhibit K. The final page of the contract has a signature line for the President. Above that line, is a series of "X"s to denote the name of the president. If you count each "X" and look at the arrangement, it matches the character count and spatial order of the name "Stewart M. Long". See Exhibit K. If my assumptions are correct, then in 1997 Stewart M. Long is in a role as President at NationsBank. NationsBank became Bank of America in 1998. See Exhibit J. Stewart M. Long Jr. and wife sold their home in Atlanta on March 1997. See Exhibit G.

Why is this important? The evidence strongly suggests Stewart M. Long Jr. had a high-level corporate position at C&S Corp and NationsBank. That means he had access to the corporate aircraft fleet and any perks afforded for family use thereof. Too, this also means his son(Stewart Long aka Stewart Long III) likely had access to these aircraft. Therefore, the first 2 criteria at the outset of this statement is satisfied. In my opinion, the person(s) who did this knew they would be suspects at the outset of the crime. That is why, in my opinion, person(s) went to great effort to try to have someone else falsely imprisoned. There is a significant amount of trickery in this crime, so I am going to let the evidence lead me. Yes, there is little to no posts about the airplanes. Do you remember what kind of planes (corp. and personal) JR had access to n December of 96?

I posted on ‘lies will lead us to the truth’ thread thus: JFK Jr. fatal flight plan was not reported. So we can deduce that plans need not be reported. JAR could have left Boulder to Atlanta. Those phone record’s disappeared for a reason.

As for the question if an aircraft tower was present at the 1) Dekalb-Peachtree Airport, 2)McCollum Airport/Cobb County Airport and 3) Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport(formerly known as Jefferson County Airport), there was in 1996.
The operational hours for the aircraft tower appear to be around 6 A.M. to 10 P.M. local time for each airport.

Exhibit 4 shows a sample of a how a conversation would go if a pilot 1) did not file a flight plan and 2)is at an airport when the staff at the aircraft control tower is still on duty(Tower is open for operations).

Exhibit 5 shows how a conversation goes if a pilot 1)did not file a flight plan and 2)is at an airport when the staff at the aircraft control tower is not on duty(Tower is closed for operations). The pilot is simply broadcasting their intentions and position to other aircraft in the area because the aircraft control tower is not staffed.

If a flight plan is filed it would have been similar to this. How To File A VFR Flight PlanThe video demonstrates filing a flight-plan via phone call. When you file a flight-plan, it always require read back of clearance, route, altitude, frequency and transponder; this information is visibly absent in Exhibits 4 and 5.

Because no flight plan was filed, the pilot issues general direction of his/her VFR flight either to other pilots or to an aircraft control tower; there is no detailed record of flight.
