I can't find anything to validate anything in the EG obit as being true. The first female Bank Manager(s) in Canada are pretty well documented and no mention of the name in the obit. So strange how many random shady things keep coming out about this family. First post - hi everyone

Or maybe this is how he made communication with the drug supplier (if he was into drugs,IMO)? I've heard of criminals communicating through the personal ads. DM was letting who ever know how to contact him??

IMO, the obit is extremely cryptic and weird "novel like" obits seem to be the norm with anyone connected with DM or WM for that matter. Grabbed a screen shot of CM's obit and it's a story as well.(don't know if I can put it up here...gotta contact a mod) IMHO they're all strange. There's reference to the child hood pony that she thought of in her final years?? Geesh..she wasn't that old. The executor...and mention of the "twins" IMO DM may have been blackmailing his parents for years and WM finally said "enough" there's no more? I've got a business to run? IMHO, there's nothing normal about anything here...gotta trust LE and their thoroughness in all of this. Murders, suicides, what appears to be a non existing charity, IMO a fake obit and DM who's a wealthy, humble, unassuming guy..."not one of those rich brat kids"

Also to note. It's not an obit in the Globe and Mail. For an obit, you have to provide name of funeral home so that people can't simply place fake death notices.

It's an "IN Memoriam" which gets around the death notice rule.

That first head shot photo of EG also looks familiar to me, like an ad that I've seen, but I could be getting carried away and imagining things. I google image searched it for a match and didn't find one.

Very disconnected, impersonal, talks about what other family members do for a living. Seems very off IMO.

Re the EG photo that looks like an ad, the original may be colour not black and white, which may be why there's nothing in Google Image Search.

Both The WM and EG obits use very bizarre turns of phrase. I've plugged quite a few of them into Google and come back with nothing, however.

It likely appeared in Life Moments in 2011, aggregated from the Globe.

I would think if there were an upcoming memorial, you might post an address, location or something... even the fact that the first one had NO location to pay respects etc... ?

Just ODD... no internment, no nothing of a service or burial etc...
