The "Everything Michael Jackson" Thread

OMG, OMG, OMG!!!°!!!!! :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

Could this be the beginning of the end...............

Knowing mikey he won't believe it and his so called "people" will be going crazy looking for a way out of this legally or illegally. I hope he does something so stupid that he starts digging the hole he can crawl into and dissappear. I kinda figured something was up when the news came out about a "neverland" in England. He always does that just before news comes out on him that is not favourable to try to distract the media away from printing it.

Well, according to the mask she is wearing, it is Paris, his daughter.......the footage says a lot about Jackson's behaviour around kids, he acts as if they weren't there at all! Moreover, it is more than rude not to take off his sun glasses inside when talking or listening to people.......
Michael Jackson will never learn normal, social behaviour, IMO.....and I am sure that Guy Holmes (his manager) will look closely at this footage and that from the VMAs in Japan as well as that miserable 27th place of "Heal the World" in the official UK charts and decides what to do! Could be that the world is saved from any more Jackson appearances in the future ;-)

Did anyone see Liz on Larry King last night? I missed it and was wondering if she choked when she made some of the comments she made such as:

"I've been there, when his nephews were there, and we all were in the bed, watching television," she said. "There was nothing abnormal about it. There was no touchy-feely things going on. We laughed like children, and we watched a lot of Walt Disney. There was nothing odd about it."

At the same time she accepted gifts from mikey for her support, and we are supposed to believe that everything was milk and cookies?

The necklace in question was demanded, er, requested by Taylor as compensation for assisting Jackson in trying to rehabilitate his reputation after the famously oily documentary made by Martin Bashir, now an unlikely anchor for “Nightline.

This trial is going to be very very interesting. If this is a jury trial, I doubt they will be able to pull the wool over twelve more people's eyes.

At the time, Jackson didn’t even have the cash to buy the piece of jewelry. According to court testimony last year and the current civil lawsuit filed by Marc Schaffel, Jackson’s former business associate, Jackson borrowed the money from Schaffel to buy Liz her “gift.” When Schaffel vs. Jackson commences soon in Los Angeles, the entire episode will be entered into evidence.

I saw her and, unfortunately, saw more truth to the cruel prinyed rumor against her mental condition that was intended. As such, that MJ garbage had no relevance for me whatsoever. She is what she's become and MJ is what he is. Another one who got away.

Certainly Liz is intelligent enough to understand that pedophiles don't work in front of an audience. What took place with her in the room isn't necessarily the same that took place when she was not there.

I hope all people that are bilking the system out of money...no matter HOW MUCH it is, get caught and are punished. It costs our country BILLIONS! I would much rather spend that money on senior citizens and help the disabled, keep more vet hospitals open etc..... I have a real hard heart when it come to people stealing from our pockets. OUR POCKETS!!! We pay the taxes, therefore they are stealing from each one of us.
:behindbar
Well then, you'd better be prepared to scream in fury at MJ and demand he be locked up, too, because he's bilked the taxpayers out of nearly three-fourths of a million dollars by cheating on his property taxes. Yet he hasn't been charged, nor has he paid it all back. In fact, he's in arrears on his current property taxes, too.

The scam MJ pulled on the taxpayers had two dimensions. He initially claimed a great deal of the land at Neverland under the Williamson Act, which gives landowners property tax breaks for leaving their land undeveloped. He violated the terms of the Act by developing more of the land than was permitted under the Act. In order to keep the County from discovering this, he chose not to file the necessary building permits whenever he added structures to his property. Obviously the permit paperwork (and subsequent inspections) would've tipped off the County as to what MJ was doing.

So MJ not only failed to notify the County of the land that was subsequently developed and thus should have been removed from the shelter of the Williamson Act, he took the additional step of concealing this development by failing to file the required permits and allow the necessary inspections. After the County belatedly discovered this, they calculated that over the years this deliberate deception by MJ cost the taxpayers nearly $750,000. A few years ago they reassessed his property in light of this discovery, leading to the considerable increase in property taxes. But MJ hasn't settled his outstanding tax bill, and he's not current on this year's taxes (unless he's very recently paid up).

Mrs Arvizo is denounced for taking more government assistance than allowed under much more dire circumstances than MJ has EVER experienced in his life. Yet she's charged with a crime and MJ isn't. Justice for the poor vs justice for the rich.

MJ must've sent her another nice piece of jewelry recently -- that or she's defending him only to save face. Ever since it came out that she and Brando were on MJ's payroll as his dear friends, she's looked a laughingstock at best, a pedo enabler at worst. By the way, that's what LaToya implied Liz was. LaToya told Geraldo that Liz was gossiping with her friends about seeing the payoff checks MJ had written to the families of some of his boy buddies.

At the Colorado Yagatta Regatta:

...Most of the event's participants were decorated in festive attire including cowboy hats, Hawaiian gear, jailbirds, a ship sporting a Confederate flag and squirt-gun-toting riders and, of course, Michael Jackson and his Neverland boat full of boys, portrayed by a group of local Glenwood women.

The same group designed a Pope-mobile raft for the Yagatta Regatta last year, and dressing up and going for the most humorous theme of the day is something the ladies take very seriously - especially Michael Jackson, who made quite an entrance.

"When we pulled up at the rest area at Grizzly Creek, she had a body guard, they had masks on. They pulled up and got out of the car jamming to the music," said Susan Malek, one of the members of the group dressed in a boy scout uniform. "It was so funny. They had the umbrella and everything."

You haven't read my responses in regard to MJ. I hope he gets his. Believe me. But that doesn't make her any less guilty either. Two wrongs don't make a right. She deserves to be punished. So does he. I don't have to be "for" MJ to feel that she deserves punishment.

I don't think Devilish meant it like that....so chill out everyone. As there is no news from MJ..the last we got was the MTV "Legend" award appearance and another staged "surprise" appearance in a Japanese talk show called SMAP x SMAP (no kidding!) whose ex-boy group members are all MJ fans:-)), he has disappeared out of public radar again - who wonders about that? :chicken:

If that is to be a "comeback" of some sort - it has failed because MJ wasn't able to string 2 words together in that talk show and just said "I love you" platitudes at the awards show! He didn't mention any new music, projects or anything at all which would have been normal for anyone else being at such events!

To sum it up, nobody has got any interest in any MJ projects but his fans and they are estimated around 10,000 at best! Poor Guy Holmes..this proves to be quite a hard job!

I found it interesting that the "Asian tour" that was touted in the press was actually MJ simply travelling in the area--no doubt in a round-about fashion so it doesn't look like he's headed straight for Thailand's pedo bordellos.

And so much for his distancing himself from children and not putting himself "in that position again"--he's right back to paying uber creepy visits to orphanages and childrens' hospitals again. Makes you wonder about the proclivities of the people running those establishments if they let him come visit.

IMO MJ was only allowed to visit Japan because that promotor in Japan answered for him. Bain nonetheless knew that there was nobody else to answer for MJ in China, so she mentioned in a side sentence that she was going back to the US on Thursday night although there was her PR saying that MJ would travel to Hongkong or Shanghai.........which he is unable to do without a visa or a guarantor.

When does Schaeffel's suit start? Anybody have any updates on that???

I thought it was going to start this month. I still want him in jail for forgery on those government documents. :croc:

Well, as far as I know, Friedman reported that it will start on the 19th June.

This is very interesting...........

The election for Tom Sneddon's replacement is on Tuesday. He is not seeking re-election(who can blame him). However, the candidates for his replacement are actually using MJ as campaign slogans and taking stands for and against.

snip *
In April, Dunlap made a direct appeal to Jackson fans in a letter, distributed via a fan club email, that warned a Stanley victory would mean a Sneddon victory would mean "Michael will probably be best advised to never return to his beloved Neverland."

Is it just me? Or is there more important issues down in Santa Barbara?

snip*
In a telephone interview last week, Dunlap sounded almost sheepish by the subsequent support he'd received from the Jackson faithful. "It's been incredible," he said. "...Half the money, I sent back. I had money sent from New Orleans. I said, 'Gosh, anybody sending me money from New Orleans needs the money more than my campaign.'"

These poor fanatics are sending this man money????

I suggest that anyone who lives there go to the polls. It's a small way to send a message to MJ that he is not welcome back!
