The "Everything Michael Jackson" Thread

"Been visiting once a week"? Hardly. Dinnes obviuosly meant that Jackson's business associate or lawyer (whoever that is) has been visiting the ranch once a week! Why can't they write what is actually happening instead of writing what Jackson's associates tell them to write? Good Lord! :-(

A good question this is.....as Bain puts it, all contacts (businesswise or otherwise) to Michael Jackson must go through her....but she still didn't smart up her notoriuosly bad style in writing press releases:

again pasted in full length to prove there are such things such as ill-lettered morons....LOL:

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - MICHAEL JACKSON ANNOUNCES ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGES

Washington, D.C. ... In what is the first of a sweeping restructuring of his
personal and business affairs, Michael Jackson has severed ties with his
long-time accounts and business managers, Bernstein, Fox, Whitman, Goldman &
Sloan, with Bahrani attorneys Qays Zu'bi and Grahame Nelson, and Gut Records
executive, Guy Holmes.

He has also established The Michael Jackson Company, Inc., with plans to phase
out MJJ Productions.

In other related matters, he has named Spokesperson Raymone K. Bain as General
Manager, and has retained N.Y.-based L. Londell McMillan and The McMillan Firm,
known for business restructurings and turnarounds, to oversee legal matters
pertaining to his business affairs.

Mr. Jackson has previously announced plans to record an album which he predicts
will be released in 2007. His recent Japan tour was the first in what will be a
line of public appearances, and he is reviewing numerous offers to tour
musically, which he plans to embark upon within the next several months.

Mr. Jackson, who is currently in Ireland on personal business, plans on
relocating to Europe in the near future.

He is continuing to build his management team and other appointments will be
forthcoming.

I hope people don't mind that I quote fully, but this is just too good to be left out and better than a link to a board!

"Plans on relocating to Europe."

To paraphrasie Monty Burns, I'm sure Europe is polluting their pantaloons with delight.

"SANTA MONICA, Calif. - Allan Whitman, Michael Jackson's business manager until early this week, outlined in court Thursday how the singer changed his primary financial adviser repeatedly in recent years."

Whitman was called to the stand as the first witness in the trial of a civil lawsuit by former Jackson associate F. Marc Schaffel, who claims the pop star owes him $3.8 million.

Rest of article is interesting, too. there seems to be a lot more advisers than everybody knows of!

Ireland?? They'll beat the living daylights out of him there if he attempts to get near one of their children.

The mother's a narcissistic bi-polar nutjob--that was pretty obvivous at the trial. These are the types of wretched parents pedophiles target. If he's lucky, someone will step in eventually and get him away from his mother. Hopefully it won't be another pederast. This is definitely a Dr. Phil situation if ever there was one.

Call me synical but ummmm we are dealing with mikey jackson and his ff's out there. This story did not mention a name which is usually ok if you trust the source. I do not know the source and wondered if anyone else did. How credible is the writer of this story and how credible is the "source". For all we know someone posing as a "source close to the family" could have put this story out. The one thing I learned personally through this whole ugly mess was to never trust anything you read and only about fifty percent of what you see. Is this something mikey wants us to see? I am sure that there is some sort of help available to this woman if indeed she needs help. I am the mother of a victim of abuse and there was definately help available to us. She could choose not to seek out that help but from everything I have read on the subject, this family has plenty of support from family and friends.

If this is true, I am so sorry for this boy having to go through this. He seemed like a strong, proud intellegent young man and I know he can get through this. That is the true sadness of this. People look at it like it is one victim and it is not! Each one of those boys has siblings and parents and grandparents that will suffer for the rest of their lives possibly. It is just so sad. To think that one sick pervert can cause such astronomical ripples in the water is beyond anything that I will ever be able to accept. I have faith that one day he will pay for what he has done and his new Judge and Jury will not care who he is and those who choose to help him get away with it should know that neither will they. :furious:

Since the story is sympathetic to the kids, I'd say Jackson's camp had nothing to do with it.

It may seem sympathetic to the kids but it IS underlining the IMO (false persona) created by the disgusting MJ defence during the case. I think this probably DID come from the saddos who STILL feel they have just got to twist the knife one more time for this poor mom.

Well I wasnt fooled then and I am not fooled now. I have just seen a bunch of HUSBANDS - FATHERS - GRANDFATHERS - BOYFRIENDS who live within minutes of me sent to jail for raping a child repeatedly. They are showing their faces on TV and in local papers to identify the scum-bags. The pictures they show are taken from stills from videos they shot!

I would suggest to Jackson that he tells his leeches to keep their mouths shut!

P.S. Notice this cheeky *** ALSO complained that the Police were (harrassing) him
GRRRRRRRR!!!!

The tapes, from 2001, were played to show Jackson trusted Schaffel with handling (m) millions of dollars.

In one message, Jackson says: "I like you. I love you. ... I really want us to be friends and conquer the business world together."

http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,202306,00.html

Hmmm. So Schaffel was involved in helping Jacko pay off another family, one that was successfully staahed in South Africa. Brazil to be exact.

That echoes the claims made by the Arvizo family, isn't it?

So much for the outrageousness of their claims.

I also find it interesting that several jurors in this case believe him to be a child molester.

Michelle Caruso has an article in yesterday's New York Daily News. In it, she says that sources told her the $300,000 payoff was for a family that left the US to avoid being found and questioned by the Santa Barbara District Attorney's office during the investigation into MJ's criminal charges.
Apparently they've been receiving hush money from MJ for a while now.

When you add up all the families he's written checks to, and the many many more he's alleged to have written checks to, it explains his cash flow crisis.

Here's a few paragraphs from the article, followed by the link leading to the article:

A top-secret $300,000 payment Michael Jackson had delivered to Argentina was "relocation money" for a family who fled the U.S. to duck questioning by cops during the 2003 child-molestation probe, the Daily News has learned.
The mystery family "has knowledge" of previous child-molestation allegations against the singer dating back to the early 1990s and had received other "payments" from Jackson, the source said.

"It was not the first time they got money," said the source. "It's unclear whether they claimed their son was abused or that he was a witness to [alleged] abuse of another child."

This made me spit water all over my keyboard and screen. If he thinks that we're going to believe that he was doing multimillion dollar business deals with someone and he didn't know the dude's business, is beyond ridiculous. Besides that, Jackson had young male erotica in his house. Not gay 🤬🤬🤬🤬, but . . . well, you get the idea:

Jacko to Schaffel -- You're A Gay 🤬🤬🤬🤬 WHAT?!?

Michael Jackson claims he was blindsided by a business partner who had worked in the world of gay 🤬🤬🤬🤬.

Jackson is being sued by former gay 🤬🤬🤬🤬 producer Mark Schaffel, who claims the singer owes him nearly $4 million in loans and salary. Schaffel began working with Jackson in 2000 on a charity musical project, even though he had no experience in the world of music.

In a videotaped deposition, Jackson says he became aware of Schaffel's background when a lawyer showed him a videotape of a gay 🤬🤬🤬🤬 flick. "I was shocked by what I saw...(Schaffel) was directing two guys. They were naked from head to toe and he was telling one what to do with the other and he grabbed their penis or something."

Jackson claimed he had no idea of Schaffel's background and felt betrayed.

No doubt he was shocked because he was expcting at least one of the actors to be 12 years old.

In the lawsuit, filed July 3 in Los Angeles Superior Court, Rowe seeks an immediate payment of $195,000 for attorney fees and $50,000 in living expenses so that she can continue pursuing her child-custody case against him.

The next court hearing on the matter is slated for July 26.

Rowe is the mother of Jackson's two children, Prince Michael Joseph Jackson, 9, and Paris-Michael Katherine Jackson, 8.

She gave up her parental rights to the children in 2001 but asked a judge to reinstate them in 2003 after she learned of Jackson's arrest on child molestation charges.

Rowe says in the lawsuit that Jackson stopped making his promised payments to her in October, 2003.

Jackson agreed when they divorced to pay his ex-wife $1 million a year for the first three years after their split and $750,000 annually for six more years. Rowe also received a house in Beverly Hills and a 1998 Ford Explorer. She agreed to visit her children only once every 45 days, according to the lawsuit.

Y'know, it really was a case of who did they despise worse. And it looks like the jury decided "You creeps deserve each other".

I'm waiting to see how the floons spin this.

Personally, if you're loaning Jacko money to break the law, which is basically what Schaffel described himself doing, then you deserve to take a bath.

As for Jacko--well, we all know what he means when he says he "loves" someone. He really wants to screw them. Literally and/or figuratively.
