The "Everything Michael Jackson" Thread

In the lawsuit, filed July 3 in Los Angeles Superior Court, Rowe seeks an immediate payment of $195,000 for attorney fees and $50,000 in living expenses so that she can continue pursuing her child-custody case against him.

The next court hearing on the matter is slated for July 26.

Rowe is the mother of Jackson's two children, Prince Michael Joseph Jackson, 9, and Paris-Michael Katherine Jackson, 8.

She gave up her parental rights to the children in 2001 but asked a judge to reinstate them in 2003 after she learned of Jackson's arrest on child molestation charges.

Rowe says in the lawsuit that Jackson stopped making his promised payments to her in October, 2003.

Jackson agreed when they divorced to pay his ex-wife $1 million a year for the first three years after their split and $750,000 annually for six more years. Rowe also received a house in Beverly Hills and a 1998 Ford Explorer. She agreed to visit her children only once every 45 days, according to the lawsuit.

And the courts are really gonna name her mother of the year? Those poor children would be better off adopted by somebody outside of their immediate family. Let's call Angelina and Brad and see if they want a few more kids.

The courts might actually figure that a lesbian Scientologist horse farmer might be preferable to a self-mutilating, sexually ambiguous anoreixic deadbeat with at least two child molestation accusations under his gold lame belt. At this point, a beagle would probably prove a better parent than Jackson. If nothing else, it might force a DNA testing of the children.

SANTA MONICA, Calif. -- In a split decision Friday, a civil court jury awarded a former Michael Jackson adviser $900,000 -- far less than he claimed in the money dispute -- and awarded the pop star $200,000 in his cross-complaint.

F. Marc Schaffel originally sued for $3.8 million, but his claims were later reduced to $1.6 million, and his attorney ultimately asked the jury for $1.4 million in unpaid loans and expenses before deliberations began Thursday.

Jackson's attorney had said Schaffel owed the pop star $660,000.

But what use would a DNA testing be?

Jackson is legally their father. DNA saying he bioloically isn't wouldn't change anything at all, would it?

Oh that would be so cool if DR went to the judge and told him that mikey isn't even their biological father. LOL. He would have no choice in the matter and have to order a DNA test. Then the world can hear all about mikey's sickness and how bad it really is. Every little chunck that gets knocked out of him is another victory for me. It shouldn't take much longer he doesn't have many chuncks left in him or on him.

With every rumor or story that comes out about mikey, the general public is less and less likely to put out any money for his garbage music. So that means less chance that anyone who is anyone will want to have anything to do with him. At the rate that he spends his money he will be broke fast and that will be fascinating to watch.

Much as i want to see the end of Michael Jackson, i really do not see how DNA testing to prove he is not the biological father would do anything.

he is noted on the birth certificates as being the father.

wouldn't that be the end of anything pertaining to his rights as a father?

otherwise i'm sure there would be an awful lot of fathers who would be suddenly made to feel just because they weren't their children's biological father, they would have no rights to them.

That's the best idea I've heard today!!

If the children believe a man to be their father, in the eyes of the law generally HE IS THEIR FATHER. We have a case in Tennessee where the biological father cannot even get visitation because the mother was married to another man when she gave birth and he did not find out the child was his until it was 6 months old. The courts here have ruled that stepfather and child have bonded and the husband is the only father the child will know, cutting the biological father completely out. He appealed last I heard but so far higher courts are upholding the lower court ruling.

In light of his behavior in public with the kids and the child molestation accusations and trial--yes, it would.

I was thinking more along the lines of his image. In my opinion, those kids are going to end up needing help big time no matter where they end up. Unfortunatly the courts and the judges have their hands tied and will have to give those kids to one of these nut jobs.

The more garbage about mikey that shows up in the media, as opposed to the crap that RB is spewing, the better. There are people out there who still actually believe the pervert and the more evidence to the contrary the better the chance that one of those people will say no when mikey asks to "borrow" their son.

Oh boo hoo poor the freaks children. If you really want MJ's children to be okay, the first person you would help is the nutcase Michael Jackson himself that he so desperately needs.

What a narcissist! He even named the girl after himself!
He may have had another inspiration, too.

Part of the 🤬🤬🤬🤬 found at Neverland included a book of explicit photos of the gay bodybuilding couple Rod and Bob Paris-Jackson.

Coincidence?

That's old news. Debbie told the court when she filed to reclaim her parental rights that MJ isn't the biological father. But since MJ was married to Debbie at the time the kids were born, MJ is Prince I's and Paris's _legal_ father.

Debbie also asked the court to order a psychological evaluation of MJ. That's one of the reasons he's not too keen on returning to the US.

She has repeated in her latest petition to the court that the reason she is pursuing getting full or partial custody of the children is because of her concern over MJ being charged with child molestation. Of course, she contradicted that completely when she took the stand in MJ's molestation trial, stoutly maintaining she believed MJ to be a wonderful father, though she had not one iota of personal observation or experience to support that contention. That should have made it perfectly obvious to everyone what Rowe is fighting to regain: her money from MJ.

Rowe's looking for MJ to cough up the cash from their agreed-upon divorce settlement, which he reneged on when he ran out of cash. If he would pay her off, she'd drop the custody suit. She doesn't want these kids, she wants her money.

A pox on both MJ and Rowe - amoral, self-absorbed pieces of human trash. In my opinion.

From an article in the Independent (UK). Jurors commenting on the recent Schaffel vs Jackson lawsuit:

"From the very beginning of deliberations, jurors were saying, 'He's a sleazeball'," Cathleen Yancy, one of the jurors, told reporters after the hearing. Asked which man she was referring to, she replied: "Both."

Another juror, Irma Beard, a retired receptionist, declared: "The plaintiff was not the most upstanding character, but neither was the defendant."

Another tidbit: the jury reached a unanimous verdict for Schaffel, but only nine of the twelve agreed on Jackson's award. -- http://tinyurl.com/o292w

So much for rehabilitating his reputation and how average people view him.

Ha ha!

got it.

here is what it says (with cleaning!):

MICHAEL JACKSON IS STILL A SICK 🤬🤬🤬*!

HE STILL TOUCHES LITTLE BOYS!

THAT PERVERT IS GOING TO HELL.

excellent statement! bravo!

Guarenteed to send the floons off their rockers!

This is a link to a guy who has taken Jackson videos and stripped them of their soundtracks and overdubbed Marilyn Manson songs onto them in what is called a "mash up". The MM music fits the angry/quasi-sexual/borderline demented inagery of the Jackson videos a hell of a lot better than Jackson's own overproduced pop pablum ever did.

Here's some justice (NOT)

Man gets eight months in prison for secretly videotaping Michael Jackson on private jet
LOS ANGELES (AP) — An air service businessman on Monday was sentenced to eight months in federal prison for secretly videotaping Michael Jackson as the pop star flew to Santa Barbara with his attorney to surrender in a child-molestation investigation.

Arvel Jett Reeves also was ordered to spend six additional months in a halfway house that offers drug and alcohol rehabilitation treatment, said Assistant U.S. Attorney Dan Shallman. He also must pay a $1,000 fine.

Just for information....Michael Jackson pulled out of this case...it is the plaintiff Marc Geragos who won this. That is why Michael Jackson is not mentioned as a plaintiff. I wonder why Jackson pulled back from such a slam-dunk case...does somebody know more about this?
