The new dish is that Jermain Jackson is shopping a book proposal basically admitting that his brother is an out of control alcoholic/drug addict/pedophile who deliberately changed his skin color and had his children artifically created with someone else's sperm. (Like we didn't already know this) And that the family works hard to keep him away from the younger nephews. etc.

IMO, it wasn't so much that JJ (or any of the Jacksons) would be torn up about MJ dying, it was more about his MEAL TICKET dying. Jermaine has about as much dignity and integrity as MJ has = none.

I know next to nothing about wills and estates and CA law, but my guess would be that whatever is left of MJ's money would go to his children. And that provisions for them have long since been set up. Unless one of his sibs is executor of his estate or the kids legal guardian, I would think the gravy train riders would be left out in the cold.

Keep in mind that every single one of the Jacksons make my skin crawl so I'm definitely not defending any of them... but I imagine Katherine is already deep in misery having to wake up next to that sorry azz Joe every day of her life. Just imagine if he was the first thing you saw in the morning and the last thing you saw at night...life would hardly be worth living, IMO.
