I've had to beat the stuffings out of a couple of people here and there. Sometimes that's the only time a true sociopath realizes when they've crossed a line--when you kick their 🤬🤬🤬 for what they've done and/or said, either to you or someone in your family/friends. Me, my dad & my baby brother had a brief, but very specfic "conversation" with a man who had been "laying hands" as the saying goes on my younger sister, for one.

So - last night on the CNBC program 'The Big Idea with Donny Deutsch', the following guests appeared: Diane Dimond, Stacy Brown, Michelle Caruso, Brian Oxman.

They discussed Jermaine's book proposal which contained all those explosive allegations about MJ, and Jermaine's subsequent appearance on Larry King Live, where he denied making the statements. Stacey Brown then revealed he has all of Jermaine's statements on audiotape, plus there's a paper trail to document his and Jermaine's shopping the book proposal to various publishers. Stacey has retained attorney Mel Sachs to pursue a slander suit against Jermaine for calling Stacey a liar.

The transcript of the show has been posted to the Usenet newsgroup alt.music.michael-jackson. If you can't access the group via your newsreader, you can access and read the transcript via Google Groups. To do so, go to www.google.com. Then, click on 'Groups'. That will take you to the Google Groups page, where you will next type in the following phrase (including quotes) "Donny Deutsch Transcript". Clicking the Search button will display a page that shows a link to the thread that opens with the first part of the transcript. Underneath that link is the following statement:

In order to show you the most relevant results, we have omitted some entries very similar to the 1 already displayed.
If you like, you can repeat the search with the omitted results included.

In Google Groups, click on that highlighted 'repeat the search...' line, and it will then display all five threads (the transcript was split into five sections for posting).

Here's a couple juicy quotes, just to show you it's totally worth going to read:

BRIAN OXMAN: ...
these aren't Jermaine's words, these are Stacy Brown's creation and fiction and really imagination.

Mr. BROWN: Well, Brian, it's--it's amazing that you would take that position when you came to me at Neverland and said to me, and I quote, that, "If I were paid any money that the Jacksons owed me, I would never have to work again."

And this bombshell:

Ms. DIMOND: ...I believe Michael Jackson is in London right now. Last I heard he was holed up at the Dorchester Hotel. ...I -- I have very, very good sources, very close to the family and other places. I also understand that all of his bodyguards have now quit. Michael Jackson is wandering around, I think, trying to figure out where--where to go next with the nanny of his children, a woman named Grace, and his three children. No bodyguards, no entourage, no makeup or hair people, not--nothing. Just him.

***

I guess the funds really have begun drying up. No bodyguards! No entourage!

And, of course, his f'loons are going positively *nuts*.
His make-up "artist" bailed? Oh dear GOD! Can you imagine MJ running around with no wig & no make-up?????????????

I'm more intriuged by the "no makeup or hair people". He's REALLY got to be destitute. The again, most people probably wouldn't recignize him without the gobs of makeup and hair appliances.

Editted to add; "Tiberius rots in Capri."

I thought so also!   Looks like Jermaine is going to have to get a job to put a house over his lying butt!

Here's some hot tidbits from an interview on Donny Deutsch's show last night. Diane Diamond was there in the studio with Donny, Stacy Brown (the alleged author of the book with Jermaine) was on the phone, Brian Oxman (Jackson family attorney) was on the phone, and a lady named Michelle Caruso who broke the NY Daily story about the book proposal was on the phone.

Ms. DIANE DIMOND: Well, OK. First of all, Jermaine has no money.
Early on
in 2003, he goes to long-time friend Stacy Brown and says, `Let's write
a
book. I want to write a book about five guys in Gary, Indiana, growing
up,
they become superstars.'
(still Diane Diamond talking... He needed money (speaking re Jermaine). Then comes the arrest of his brother in November 2003 ... So now they're on book proposal number two,
which I
have in my hand, which you have a copy of, and this is the dynamite
book
proposal where he says he will tell all about how is family is worried
about
Jackson's sexual activities with children for two decades, he's a drug
addict,
etc. Now, Jermaine says he never wrote this proposal; however, Donny,
he's
left a trail that says otherwise. In early December 2003, he came to
New
York, met with an agent. He met with three publishers. Well, they set
up
three meetings with three publishers, Hyperion, Harper Collins, and St.
Martin's Press.
Ms. MICHELLE CARUSO: Well, the proof that I have is a copy of the
proposal,
which I have every reason to believe and am confident is the same
proposal
that Jermaine Jackson shopped to the three publishers that Diane just
mentioned.
STACEY BROWN: And, in fact, you will--you will see more
than
just it on paper in the coming days, you will hear it on tape in the
coming
days. So Jermaine should be very careful about what he says.

Mr. BROWN: They are currently in the possession and being reviewed by
Mel
Sachs, who--who--he and I have talked and we will be launching a very
aggressive slander suit against Jermaine Jackson.
There's a lot more but you get the gist of it. Jermaine is SO busted! And Michael is going to kick his azz out of that house so fast it's going to give Jermaine whiplash! And the only reason Jermaine finally thought about telling the truth about Michael is because he needed the money. The whole family are bottom-feeders.

They're all NUTS NUTS NUTS! Here's some more from the interview. Some of it is enough to gag me.

DEUTSCH: Stacey, what was your reaction--I want to show a clip of
Jermaine on "Larry King," and then, Stacey, I want to get your reaction.

Mr. JERMAINE JACKSON: (From "Larry King Live") I was pissed off, very
upset, very upset, Larry, because you know where my heart has been since day
one. Michael's been a thousand percent innocent. I have spoke from my
heart, I have spoken the truth.
And for me to--I mean, this is not good for me.
It's not good for the family. No, it's all false. It's lies. It's lies.
Deliberate lies.
Mr. BROWN: Well, if they're deliberate lies, then he deliberately told
them to me two, three years ago, and he certainly knows that Michael threatened to kick him out of Havenhurst. He thre--he definitely knows that Michael had his
attorney, his real attorney, Brian Wolfe, attack us. Evvy Tavasky, Michael's
assistant, called Jermaine, called me, called Catherine and found--the
conversation--a three-way conversation I had between Evvy, Catherine
Jackson and myself was very disturbing in how Evvy Tavasky, as an employee of
Michael Jackson, spoke very disparagingly of Catherine Jackson.

Mr. BROWN: ... And then you gotta--you gotta think about this: I have been around when some of the things--so many things that they've said to me, I've kept it, as they say, in the vault. I have not--I have not disclosed stuff. Jermaine wants to attack me, he better be careful. I mean, he realized Stacey Brown knows a whole lot more than what that book proposal says.

Another clip from Jermaine last night on "Larry King" :
Mr. JACKSON: There is no book about Michael, no negativity. I stand behind him a thousand percent, like I said since day one, and he's still that wonderful person that he's always been.
DEUTSCH: Diane, you--you, according to Jermaine, he's in Dubai doing
3,000 situps a day, but you have another opinion of where he is right now.

Mr. BROWN (talking about Jermaine)... He's got other issues, like $5 million in debt to the IRS, and we'd talk about things like that.

And here's a Fox article showing Jermaine denying to LKL this week that there ever was a book deal and Fox's follow-up pointing out that Jermaine went on LKL in 2003 talking about his new book deal. Stacy Brown even called LKL before Jermaine's appearance this week and reminded them of Jermaine's previous appearance on LKL but they ignored that bit of information. LKL and Jermaine deserve each other, IMO.

And here's a new bit of info from the Fox article allegedly from Jermaine's own mouth:

“My brother doesn’t always learn the valuable lessons life teaches. He is stubborn, hard-headed and, at times, harsh. He is cold, calculating and devious. The blood of his father runs freely through him. We were all afraid that the blood of Joseph Jackson would eventually contaminate all of us.
After reading the last two articles re MJ and Jermaine, it truly appears that MJ's fortune is all but gone. All of the Jacksons will be affected (as in having to get up off their azz and work) if MJ doesn't bring in some money soon. This next paragraph details a few of the many millions that MJ owes:

Since Jermaine holds himself out as one of MichaelÂ’s spokesmen, Larry did not bother to ask him how his brotherÂ’s employees were supposed to function without paychecks or health insurance, how the family would pay off a $2.2 million mortgage on their home in Encino or what Michael would do now that his own note holder could foreclose at any moment on $270 million worth of loans.

Jermaine owes the IRS 5 million. The IRS' penalties are a nightmare in itself. 5 million dollars. Holy cow. :snooty:

5 million dollars. (I said that already.)

How much was that?!!

If all this is true and the only person left with him is the nanny......it is only a mater of time before she leaves. Any speculation on what will happen when Mikey has to act grown up and actually take care of MC's children on his own? I give it one week before either someone calls child welfare on him due to lack of care or he calls DR begging for her to come back and help him with them. Knowing what I know of her, she would go to...........
