Need help researching the Gadsden Conspiracy that started in 2018 and is still ongoing.
Priester Harrison attended the Gadsden county, Florida commissioners meetings a few times between 2018 & 2023. Discussed the fact that the city of Chattahoochee residents never got the inspection required by city, county and state law.
The commissioners formed a conspiracy with the city of Chattahoochee ito prevent the county from charging the city with violating the law.
They made up a legal opinion without consulting an attorney or putting anything on paper in violation of the Sunshine Act. The Public Record request produced no written record of the legal opinion given.
They gave this legal opinion to Priester Harrison in three separate commissioner meetings and gave it to the building official that passed it off as legal.
I need the dates Priester Harrison attended and the minutes to file a complaint with the Florida Commission on Ethics.
The corruption in government has left citizens endangered.
