The judge has only ruled that the charges will not be severed from the murder charges. She hasn't ruled on admissibility of evidence.

They had a repeat of the NG special on this creep on today. It got my blood boiling for sure.

For example, they did a recreation of the creeps point of view and his vision within his vehicle. They got the exact same type SUV, same car seat, put a baby doll the exact same size, in the middle of the back seat. Then they showed what the driver would see if he looked in his side mirror, rear view mirror, out the side window, etc. In every case, the top of the baby's head was totally visible to him. There was no way he could have driven to work and changed lanes, pulled into traffic, into parking lot, parked, etc, without seeing his baby continuously. I don't get it.

I was just rethinking the circumstantial info on the wife. He also said something along the lines her info and JH info matched. IDK maybe we should rewatch that part.
