I think there is always a market for a book like you suggest for religious scholars in acadamia, students or lovers of history and then those interested in the Middle East. A lot would depend on the title of your book, I would think. And I thin since you feel that those of the Islamic faith are going to have to go back to Islams origins which were in Christianity {or would it be Jewish?}, setting that foundation would be a very good thing to do.

To really get this across to the world, I think you might think of putting it in novel form as Dan Brown did in Angels & Demons. That way it would get down to grassroots.

Don't feel bad Rocky that you aren't getting many postings from others here. Like Opie said, please keep on putting down your thoughts.

IMO, there will never be peace in the Middle East and I'm not sure that anyone can offfer messages to change that.

You must understand middle east culture, if you go into someone's home bearing gifts, it is honorable for the host to offer one back.

The President of Iran is already waking up, the people elected him because they believe in him, he has many worried, he has been out rattling his Sabre, daring the free world to fight him. He wants a big stick so he can play in the sandbox with the other big boys, what if he drops the biggest bomb the world has ever seen?

what if he walks out carying a Torch, and proclaims peace is the future, and as he marches forward through the streets, those that were afraid join along behind him, what if as millions follow him he suddenly feels joy in his heart, because he has found the footsteps he was meant to follow.

On that day when he realizes the gift a Kurd has given him, it would be only honorable to offer back anything he wishes.

Barzan's wish is for Kurdistan to become it's own country. It is the heart of the middle east, where the great Persian, Turkish and Arab cultures all come together, it was where religions first met and studied together, it has always been a center for peace.

It will be a great man that offers such a gift, let him be the first to show Israel how it's done, let him be the first to reach out and shake their hand.

remember I mentioned Arafat had volunteered to help bring peace to the middle east, well I've had a few amusing dreams with him lately.

remember the two recent suicide bombers in Israel...

in my dream, Arafat went flying in at the knick of time wrapping himself around the bomber to prevent them from killing anyone.

Arafat was vaporized, Angels came in sweeping up his remains, scooping it in a bag and bringing him back to be reconstructed...

I remember thinking dang that's gotta hurt as I was waking up...


I wonder how many times he needs to be vaporized to make up for his past?

well, I finally had a chance to learn about he Essene first hand, I met with the Bishop from the only congregation in America, they just happened to be just 20 miles from where I live here in San Diego.

I shared with him what was going on right now, and he started telling of his mother, who was a true Essene...

He gave me a book of what she had studied and written about the Essene, he said before she died, she told him a day would come that a special person would come looking for the information...

I read through all of her notes, and now I'm convinced I'm on the right path.

she said the best way to know if you are an Essene, is if you open the book of Revelation in the Bible and feel it was written for you...

John who wrote Revelation was an Essene, and started a Secret Society that would protect the truths...

I see the Hamas winning as a good thing for Palestine, it will force the rebels into civilized politics and they will be held responsible for any attacks on Israel. From this day forward, it will now be a governemt backed attack so Israel can unload their whole arsenal on their heads, which means the end of Palestine if any attacks happen...

They are stuck between a rock and a hard place, now, they have to seek peace.

now on the other hand, Iran is going to get pissed seeing Israel becoming friends with Palestine, the money is going to flow freely into their lands and they will grow to become a gem in the middle east.

Iran is going to become angry with the palestinians for becoming infidels, and using al Queda will arrange for an attack on Israel from Palestinian lands...

The question is, will Israel accept that Hamas had nothing to do with the attacks? Will they stop on the brink of a Holy war when they see it wasn't palestinians that attacked them...

Train plunges into ravine

ISLAMABAD, Pakistan (CNN) -- A Pakistani passenger train derailed Sunday in the eastern part of the country, causing six train cars to plummet into a ravine, government officials told CNN.

The officials said there were injuries, but the number was not known.

The accident took place in the town of Kharial between Lahore and Rawalpindi. the train was traveling to Lahore, the capital of Punjab.

Unrest continues over Hamas 'revolution'

Israeli Foreign Minister Shimon Peres said Friday, "We're ready to help to build a Palestinian state." But he warned Hamas that "nobody can come to a negotiating table with bombs in his hands."

"We are interested to see the quality of life improving in Gaza and the West Bank, and we are very serious about it. We shall have to wait until the other side will be ready to come to terms," he said. "It's either negotiations or shooting. We are prepared for the two."

On Friday, the deputy chief of the Hamas political bureau, Moussa Abu Marzouk, set a high standard for discussions regarding disarmament. "Europe and the United States must ask Israel to withdraw from Gaza, the West Bank and Jerusalem, according to international legitimacy, before they ask Hamas to disarm," he said.

Israel will never hand all of Jerusalem to Islam...
