Way back when, about 20 years ago, I knew a cop who told me the dumbest criminal he ever dealt with was a guy who robbed a Dunkin Donuts while wearing a bright red, orange and green Hawaiian shirt. He "fled" on foot walking down the road from the Dunkin Donuts. The DD is located on a four lane road in a very busy section of Rochester. The cop said how dumb do you have to be to rob a DD. You know a cop is coming by in the next five minutes.

The dude didn't even try to hide by walking behind the business' on the road.
