I keep on coming back to the inconsistency in the depositions. Some really stand out to me. More specifically That night Shannon went missing JC was quoted That was the last time she was seen. "We saw her footprints in the sand. She was in a panic. We thought she was on drugs.” He was quoted as saying this but according to deposition they never said that. They would be last to see her and know exact location entering brush.Why was the the older brother not questioned also? Did he say this to the reporter or was somehow misquoted which I find hard to believe. Also did he work at the library that morning? Was he on payroll at the library that day? If PH lied about phone calls and JC lying about being quoted they should certainly be questioned again. Their stories are not adding up. Anyway we can get a hold of the ny post reporter selim algar and simply ask? I mean why would the reporter make up a quote with JC name? TC said maybe he said that and reporter misquoted lol. Doesn't seem to make sense certainly not rocket science some one is lying. I Can't imagine how they were cleared by any investigator... I guess thats how a coverup and political ties work in suffolk county.

I believe I read that the story was never retracted. That JC called and asked for it to be, but never followed up. I'm sure you already know about his arrest(s?) in NJ.
