This is what is known about Q104 (Q100)
1) Henkel duct tape- Q104 ( Q100) was found with pink words (Q99) from shirt (‘packages’ and ‘in’ ) Page 80- http://www.wftv.com/_blank/18740700/detail.html
2) It had what appeared to be animal activity (gnawing chewing ) on one end (#46-48 http://media.myfoxorlando.com/photo...peclothingshovel/1/lg/10259-10268_Page_07.htm ) In the autopsy, several pieces of the skeleton have postmortem animal activity (pg.9) but none mentioned for the skull (pg. 8)

3) red fibers were found on Q104 duct tape (Page 696 of 1405) ; no red fibers were found on Q62-64 (Page 621 out of 1405) or in the hair mass ( page 604 out of 1405) However, both Q104 and Q62-64 had blue fibers on them (same pages) http://www.wftv.com/news/21185313/detail.html#

FBI defines fringe hair as:
