wasnt there a picture of the bullet casing sitting on top of a pool of blood? It showed it didnt have any other blood on it just underneath showing that he was bleeding before he got shot?? If he was shot first the casing would have blood on top of it and none underneath it.

That's why I wonder if the casing got kicked around? That's how I think the camera was left in the washer -- I think it got gathered up with the things that she threw in the washer. In fact, I wonder if she meant to take the camera with her but couldn't locate it, yet didn't have time to keep looking so she left. But if taking it with her, why delete the pictures? (Did she delete those last ones or just the nude ones?)

They absolutely can. I never said my opinion was based on what the ME said. I did a little reading when it came up. There's a lot of information on people surviving a gunshot wound to the frontal lobe, the effects, the prognoses etc.. It's rare, very rare. Is it possible Travis was shot first? Absolutely. I just don't find it likely based on everything else we know.

I already said I am not getting into this debate.

I think that she was counting on the fact that 'she wasn't there'- she had been there for 12+hours, & she didn't have any reason to believe that anyone had seen her. Coupled w/ her need to get out of there quickly, she did only a minimal cleanup....

I think she did this all on her own, it was premeditated, quick, I'd like to think that TA didn't suffer, but I'm sure he did. I'm also convinced she walked away shortly after killing him, & tried to think that it didn't happen...I think she could get up today, & tell some semi-convincing lie (pick one), & even take a lie detector test & pass, because she's a sociopath, & it's over in her mind....

That does not mean anything. With that logic you could say she must have had previous experience.

If your going to kill someone and you have a choice between a knife and a gun, 9 times out of ten you are going to use the gun.

She stole the gun to kill him. That is why the elaborate theft. It jammed, whatever and she got scared so she stabbed the heck out of him. He was still breathing so she cut his throat.

If we were talking about a man doing the killing (no not a sexist comment) I might lean a little toward the kinife first (not much). But with her, I would put my money on the gun first. He could easily over power her and she knew that so why risk the knife first?

Absolutely. This is how I see it.



IMO. She told us that much in her interview. JA said she would shoot first "if she killed him". It was more humane to her. The gun was her first pick.

When telling the ninja story....she heard a gunshot FIRST.

IMO. Stabbing him was plan B because plan A didn't do the job. She couldn't put another bullet in him because the gun jammed.
