So what would the duct tape be doing around his bicep? The only thing I can think of is to prepare for an injection. I really don't want to add any negative speculation about the victim, but could she have shot him up with something?

I don't believe this at all. I don't believe Travis would have allowed her to shoot him up with anything and we have no evidence that there were any drugs involved with either of these two.

I dont think so. They didnt find any type of drug in Travis.

I cant imagine Travis ever doing that. He didnt smoke, drink alcohol, caffeine or do drugs.

The ME would look for any injection marks to see if she tried to drug him first.

There just is NO WAY that a guy would let a woman take a photo of him in all his flaccid-ness. Guys don't like to be seen in that state.

I have a "friend" who's girlfriend would take pictures of him naked sleeping after sex. Was the wierdest thing. She was kinda strange too.

Thank you! Thought so, but was too lazy to look. The timing is critical to my "shot first then stabbed" theory

I still can't make up my mind, so I'm inclined to just go with what the ME said. Either way, we know that she stabbed him 27 times in the back and a 4 inch stab directly to his heart and sliced his throat in less than 2 minutes. And possibly also shot him and changed weapons in that time period.

We don't know where it originally came from, but at least this lone piece of duct tape didn't just show up there on the floor in the laundry room. At one point it was on Travis's arm.

But the photos directly after that photo show him in the shower, don't they? And he looks normal there. I think that he was just waking up and she, once again, was stalking him and taking pictures.

i do think the camera being there could've been an oversight as someone said. and i don't know if she realized they could recover pictures from the memory card even if she deleted the photos. it's weird she didn't take the memory card out but hey, ya can't think of everything!!!

one thing i wondered about her hair color. she got to his house at 4 am, right? could she have done it there? she was there long enough to put a rinse on her hair before the sex pics got taken. nice shower, do her hair and jump in the sack?

Who knoze, but I figure she scooped up a bunch of stuff to put in the wash & maybe the camera was in there & she didn't realize it -- I would think she'd be in a bit of a rush to GTH outta there.

Then when she took the knife & the gun -- ack! where's the camera? -- she looks, but books anyway. Just a thought. (Does seem like it would have made a racket in the washer, though...)

I trust the one who was there doing the actual autopsy. The one with the vast knowledge and experience...expertise in this field.

I have always believed Dr. Horn was very correct. It makes sense to me more than other theories like the gun being fired first. Just the impact of the bullet entering his forehead at such a high velosity would render him unconscious quickly and bullets are rotating at a high velosity when going in and it will then spiral in all different kind of directions until the velosity begins to slow when going through bone, tissue and brain before it finally came to rest in the left cheek.

All the horrible wounds were inflicted by the deadly knife she used. The ME knows the difference. They were all horrible knife wounds inflicted by the murderess at the time she was slaughtering him.

And there was no big black blood clot in his liquified brain tissue says something.
