Carol,
That is at the same site I linked.
There are several vids of things not included in the making of the original 48hrs show.
In one, she said she had physical injuries from T- bruises on her legs, arms and torso, but of course, hid them.

Thanks. I'll see if I can go back and find your previous post and then the link within it.

Because you can't SEE a wound track doesn't mean there isn't one, or we can conclude it didn't exist, or that makes the odds 50-50 as to whether it did. It means he can draw a reasonable conclusion based on his experience as a professional but can't swear to it in court.

Your assertion there is no hemorrhage in the brain is based on the fact there was little to no bleeding. I say it's because he simply didn't have much blood left and his heart was no longer beating or close to it.

yep - its basically Occam's razor

On the site "which shall not be named" they're claiming he broke JA's finger sometime earlier in their relationship.

I asked if someone would please private message me the name of the site so I could read about that.

JusticeJunkie, I think I found your prior message (http://www.websleuths.com/forums/showthread.php?p=8743204#post8743204

Clicking on the video in your post takes me to the 48 Hours website. Are you saying that 48 Hours is the site "which shall not be named"? I was under the impression that it would be another forum/discussion site.

Thanks for your help!
Carol

it says you aren't allowed to recieve pm's

I am medical and happened to work Neuro for 8 years. Frontal lobe injuries are different in outcomes...hemorrhagic vs. non-hemorragic. The ME could not conclude. Did not see hemorrhagic. He could not conclude that the GSW came first or after death. Quite a range, eh?

If Jodi had never shot a gun before she wouldn't know there would be a kick and that is her falling down?

A .25 has nearly no kick. If she is as strong as everyone says she could handle it no problem even without expecting a kick. At most it would have just caused her hand to go back. Women that shoot high calibers that don't expect the kick can get hit in the face but still don't fall. JMO

Picture Perfect: The trial of Jodi Arias

Accused killer Jodi Arias told all to "48 Hours" ... now her words are evidence in her life-or-death trial. Maureen Maher reports.

I am sure the ME saw clearly that this was a cold-blooded killing and his conclusions offered just that. Take what you will from it. Let's just say he left the door open.

Just Google JA'S name and innocent - it pops right up

Polley, I found the site but the word "finger" does not appear anywhere on the home page or in the comments. Is this the right site for the discussion on the broken finger?

Is that your experienced medical opinion?

Jodi Ann Arias was born on July 9, 1980, in Monterey County, California, to William Angelo and Sandy D. (née Allen) Arias. She is of Mexican descent from her father and German and English from her mother. Arias has two younger brothers and a younger sister. Although she attended Yreka Union High School, she did not graduate; she later received her GED in jail while awaiting trial.[4] Arias and Alexander met in September 2006 at a Pre-Paid Legal Services conference, located in Las Vegas, Nevada. In the fall of 2006, Arias was baptized into the Mormon faith by Alexander. As of February 2007, Alexander and Arias were a couple. She then relocated to Mesa, Arizona. Arias alleges that the two broke up in June 2007 due to trust issues but that they continued to maintain a physical relationship. In July 2008, Arias was indicted on a first degree murder charge by a grand jury in her home state of California. Several days later, she was extradited to Arizona.

Yikes if that is her true birthday and place of birth...

also she has pluto in her first house...also kinda creepy

Since childhood you have been intense and prone to extremes. You experience everything fully, never half way. Your vital and energetic air will make you a leader. Many of your attitudes, however, are not so open and you have subtle ways of imposing authority. It is important that you are conscientious about your power, and that you try to avoid selfishness; you must learn to consider the needs of others.
Your life will probably not be stable and calm since the great energy of this star will impel you to experience profound changes and transformations; though these changes will be gradual and slow, they will mark very defined periods in your life. Your body is robust and resistant to any type of illness. Your eyebrows are thick and your hair is strong and abundant. Your possible faults are your impatience with others and your tendency to run over whatever is in your path. On the positive side, you are invincible and when crises and problems seem to overcome you, you stand up time and again until you achieve your goal. ((in her case i'd say negative...she achieved her killing goal))

You are an extremely sensitive and romantic dreamer. The lack of practicality and realism leads you to fantasize excessively, and you are easily deceived. You are afraid of suffering and you evade conflicts, which make you fearful and insecure.
You are very receptive of everything that occurs around you and you can charge yourself with negative energy when you witness fights or anguishing situations.

The relationship with your mother was confusing and partially undefined. You inherit from her your psychic abilities as well as a few phobias and fears. She probably was insecure and very dependent which influenced you and led you to repeat the same pattern in your life. You can be fearful of your own femininity, of the possibility of motherhood, or of romantic failure. You must avoid psychic experiences because they will generate obsessions or fears.
Emotional anguish tends to affect your health creating psychosomatic problems difficult to diagnose. You must avoid severe treatments without consulting first with one or more specialists. Your symptoms will be confusing and, because of that, there can be diagnostic error. Avoid self-medication, drugs and other intoxicants.

Don't have her exact time of birth, but it sure hit the nail on the head with her personality!!!!

I'm very sensitive to domestic violence and I'm bothered by blaming the victim. However I also take false allegations of DV seriously too, and IMO there is nothing to suggest that JA was a victim of Travis' AT ALL.

She is a grown woman, albeit a very derranged one. She made her own decisions, she chooses to blame others, she takes no accountability for her own actions, and it was HER choices alone that led to this brutal slaying.

SHE premeditated this killing, SHE continued the 'relationship' with Travis when she could've stopped, SHE behaved like an obsessed stalker, SHE had weapons and used them, SHE has told lie after lie after lie, SHE talked to the media and LE endlessly without lawyers, SHE went out to dinner in a "kool-aid" stained rented car with her friends hours after killing Travis like nothing happened, SHE went and grinded on another Mormon man after she killed Travis, SHE sent flowers to his grandmother after she killed him, SHE mutilated this man.

But she somehow has the nerve to claim self-defense after driving thousands of miles to her abusers house, sleeping with him in his home in his bed for hours, taking dirty pictures of them with his camera, photographing him at his most vulnerable cornered naked in his shower and then she DARES to allege self-defense as she butchers him with a knife and a gun. REALLY??

She was nowhere near a battered, abused woman. She wasn't stuck in a cyclical relationship where she kept coming back to what was comfortable but abusive. She made her own decisions and she chose to kill Travis. Anything short of the jury realizing that and convicting of first degree murder is a complete miscarriage of justice, plain and simple.

Hear hear! And around the world with a back snap!

Defense answer:

You only kill someone because they attacked you.

You had the gun in your purse only for protection.

The knife just happened to be nearby.

I ended up using both because of fear/shock/panic.

No premeditation there, right?

The minute she continued the deadly attack after he lifted his hands in self protection she was premeditating. No, not minute. Second.
