and why wouldn't you immediately tell the police and give them that note to prove your story? she's somethin' else.

I mean obviously there were no follow-up threatening notes from the intruders because there were no intruders. But it's just mind-blowing the way she continued to lie and come up with new details.

I'd really like to know when she was appointed counsel. I can't imagine she was doing these interviews and spinning these unbelievable tales while she had legal representation.

P.S. I think he former female counsel (can't remember her name) withdrew because she could not go alone with Jodi's instructions to try to have fake letters admitted and to come up with yet another unbelievable story of self defense. The hearing on the attorney's motion to withdraw was sealed -- probably because it would be prejudicial to Jodi's case for there to be a public record of her attorney saying Jodi is lying and fabricating evidence.

What color was JA's hair when she met with Ryan(?), after the murder of TA?

What color was JA's hair when she returned to CA?

ETA: What color was JA's hair when she was arrested and booked?

TIA

Hello, I am a bit behind of these threads, but what is the big deal about her hair color?

I have similar hair -- if I was in jail for 3 years my hair color would be the color of JA. It gets help from me highlighting it more blonde, although it would be the color of JA if not for help :)

No, it was not a planned hit. It was a crime of passion. Tony went there to talk to him about something and when he realized Ralphie torched the stable where Pie o' Mine (My?) lived, he blew a gasket and killed him (strangled?).

There was an awesome fight before tony finished him off..

I 100% agree with you, she decided the day she stole the gun that Travis was gonna die.

I agree too. She decided to kill Travis in advance, and I do not believe that Travis had a chance no matter what he did or said.

That was one of my favorite episodes! Tony loved that horse.

Yeah, Tony loved animals. He could kill humans with impunity but was very compassionate toward animals. He was furious with Cristopher when he sat on Cozette and killed her in his heroin stupor.

her hair was blonde when she rented the car then brown by the time she arrives at his house - so she went out of her way to dye her hair and drive a rented car to go there - which makes it look like premeditation - like she didn't want any of his neighbors know it was her at the house - imo

And kids, he loved kids too.

Remember how pissed he was after the car accident when Christopher was driving high, tony looked back at the baby seat and proceeded to kill his nephew

When she was spending time with Travis in Mesa before she moved back to CA, her hair was always dyed blond.

When she rented the car just before going to kill Travis, her hair was still blond.

When she arrived at Travis' house in an understated rental car, her hair was brown.

When she arrived the next day to visit with alibi hopeful Ryan Burns, her hair was brown.

When she returned the rental car the next day, her hair was blond again.

All of this, taken together, suggests that she died it brown to avoid being recognized while she was in Arizona and/or to have the rental car guy misidentify her. This all indicates that the murder was premeditated and planned in advance.

IMO god creates junk all the time. Any genetic defect or abnormality is junk if its not an improvement to the species.

Don't want to go there! Children with Down syndrome, for instance?

People who cannot have children? Won't go any further with this one.

I must have missed the part when she was blonde again when returning the car. I don't believe that's correct. Iirc

And I have read that Juan Martinez rarely pleas cases. He is never going to plea this one either. He has too much overwhelming evidence against this defendant. More than I have seen entered in a trial that I can remember lately.

IMO

I trust that he will seal the deal and get a conviction.

:)

I mean this respectfully and Im just posting off of your post since you mentioned it but I truly dont understand the opinions held of the shot coming first. Is it because some believe the woman on trial that has told a thousand lies with a straight face? Is that who some are believing? :waitasec:

What is the reason that the ME is not believed? Or do some seem to think he is inept and unable to do his duties properly even though he has been a ME for 20 years?

For me he was crystal clear when he said that the head shot came last and even gave overwhelming findings to support it. He said it would go through his temporal lobe of his brain.

If she had already slit his throat from ear to ear severing all arteries where the large amount of blood is he would have bled out profusely when that happened and quickly. Dr. Horn said he would die shortly after the slitting of the throat. There would be no blood pumping to the brain and head when he was shot last. By the time after his throat was slit (leaving him almost decapitated) he would have no blood pressure to pump the blood to the brain which supports why very little blood was found around the gunshot.

Maybe I just dont understand the theory of him being shot in the head first or what the evidence was that has been entered in trial that supports this theory.:waitasec:

Does anyone really believe that Jodi Arias is a humane murderer based upon all the evidence that has been entered to the contrary?

You know I will play 'you know who' advocate:

The lead investigator who knows every morsel of the case thinks she was shot first.

The ME's opinion was kind of ambiguous as to if the bullet hit the brain for sure.

How much blood would come from a wound from above eyebrow, thru sinus/nose/eye and lodging into the jaw? IMO is might be just the amount that was sprayed at the sink... but not sure. There might not be so much blood from that wound anyway IMO.

You have a pic of him staring into blank space straight at the camera.

Next pic is him slumped/sitting down. Water is running, maybe not too much blood yet, and we can't see his face. I see no reason for him to be slumped down. If he was stabbed in the heart, I believe we would see the blood. Maybe we might not see the head shot. The detective even ask her... you were taking pics, what happened? In the final crime scene pics- he doesn't have blood all over him... I think she maybe left the water on for a bit.

Next pic is the ceiling shot.

Next pic is her shoe/him. Could that blood be from just a head wound? I don't know... it looks like alot to me. Could be after stabbings/neck wound... or just head shot. I don't know... but I don't think it's certain.

It doesn't have anything to do with being a humane murderer:

Look at it from my point of view (48 yr old married male)

I believe she had both weapons handy... like in her purse.
If she caught him sleeping at any time she would use the knife to be quiet.
It is extremely difficult to count on a stab to the heart disabling a grown man immediately IMO. What if she missed the heart?

I think if I asked 100 women around 30 yrs old (most ;) not psycho tho)
if they had a gun and knife handy and HAD to kill an awake but mostly unsuspecting grown man...

**** Which would you use???

Almost all would say a gun IMO. The guy is mostly awake, stronger, and even wounded by a knife unless struck perfectly would put up a hell of a fight IMO. A shot to the head 'should' be most effective. Unless the target moved a bit.

If he turns/flinches/kicks/lunges/punches/drops I just don't know if a knife stab is going to get it done. It looks more to me that she aimed the gun at his head and shot in the shower... he ducked and turned slightly to the lower-left causing the trajectory that didn't send the bullet straight thru his forehead. If you can't finish someone off with the gun you just used (jam maybe?) you would have to use a knife. If someone is stabbed 29 times with their neck cut... do you need to shoot them? If you don't shoot them... nobody knows you have your gparents gun.

I don't think it is so clear cut... but if I had to vote right now I would say shot first. But, but, but, like we have said every time... that isn't really the issue to alot of us. She is guilty... she came prepared. Just discussing.

Here is the defense talking just for discussion:

Travis asked her to come by, with brown hair and dressed in pigtails.
Ryan didn't care what color her hair was... he barely noticed. :blushing:

I find it really insulting she was sitting there with a smirk on her face the entire time. Occasionally laughing because she though what he was saying was ridiculous. No matter if you think your daughter is innocent, this man's murder is no laughing matter and your attitude is rude. With all the evidence the court has laid out and the multiple lies from JA I am surprised that she is still so convinced of her daughter's innocence.

IMO she dyed her hair as part of a disguise and premeditation.
