I still cannot see that in the last pic. If that shiny part is glare, I hope they will use a matt finish in the photos in the future.
I remember hearing Juan complaining about the glare, too.

i see baseboard and like the sheet weighted down. looks like tiny hole in a corner of fitted sheet about midway up on left side of pic. then this pic was even clearer than others or not as dark. looks like his head is toward point where one would grab to drag. face up because. looks like nose there. i keep seeing it but since the clearer picture i thought i would ask.

btw........sorry my typing is awful but on kindle at daughters house until sunday because sil is away for 2months at oficer training for national guards. i am helping daughter with grandsons (one has autism and lots of therapy)

Just a quick recap. Beth spoke to Gus, but since he will testify Mon, didn't give out much. (Thank heavens, as I could see this causing a problem).
He is in the upper bracket of Pre-Paid Legal, now renamed to Legal Shield(?), but neither Beth or Gus knows why this would have anything to do with P misconduct.

investigative report:

zach was home between 1500 and 1600 on the fourth (shortly before shower shots) and didn't see them

kinda blows that on the computer looking at pictures and 'rough vaginal sex over the desk' story away eh?

It really doesn't. The last activity on the computer was what, 4:15PM that day. If Zach came home in the afternoon for a short while, I can imagine Travis hiding Jodi in his room until he left, then them going down into the office and looking at pix.

And that's if Zach is correct in his recollection. Isn't he the one who initially thought he saw TA the following day?

I think Jodi did arrive around 4AM on the 3rd and TA was in the office on You Tube. It synchs with the time of her phone calls made from Pasadena and the travel time from there to Mesa. They definitely could have slept until 1, then had sex, then gone down to the office after Zach left, with the last activity being email at 4:15 PMish.

But still, what nerves of steel JA has to be traipsing around the house cleaning up and doing laundry knowing that anyone could have walked in at any minute.

I think it was allegedly a comment TA made during the phone sex call JA recorded. I'll believe it when I hear it with my own two earholes!

I can't imagine the defense being so specific, if they didn't have the tape, and had listened to it.
But I'm hoping your "own two earholes" - lol) never hear it because I hope it was illegal to tape it.
But again, I'm surprised the defense would bring it up if it hadn't already been accepted as actual evidence, and that scares me.

I look at that photo and get sad all over again.

To think Travis's body laid there for days and only that small amount of blood that is shown is all he had left to spill when he was put there is heartbreaking.

It makes me sad too. His robe hanging there really gets to me.

Remember, his bedroom doors had been shut and locked up until the roommate and friends gained entrance with the key. The door at this point was left open for the smell to now waft through the house until LE officers were to arrive. The smell was now evident when LE does, in fact, arrive because the door has now been open for awhile. Hope that makes sense!

I haven't read all the posts and this has probably been hashed out before by our astute websleuthers but I found it odd that no soap or shampoo is being used the whole time. Also, that he is leaning alot throughout, up against the wall, until he sits down at the end.

I REALLY didn't have time to get stuck reading that investigative report today (took a long time!). But it was fascinating, packed full of info and many thanks to whoever found it!! (Sorry, I can't recall...)

Not saying it will change anything about my opinions on this case and his murder.
