I'd ask her how she managed to overpower or escape him to get her hands on any weapon. I'd want her, using a diagram, to detail the events from start to finish exactly what happened.

Then I'd use previous ninja story and forensics to crush her like a cockroach.

WTF Seriously?

NOTE: Printed in 2007. ALL FUNDS from this auction will go directly to the TRAVIS ALEXANDER family.
I cannot even imagine the Grief this family must be going through. I will do whatever it takes to see
that ALL funds from this auction go directly to the Family. I could not find a MEMORIAL FUND for Travis
but I am sure that either Close Friends or Family Members will know what to do. I am doing this because I was
appalled with the auctions of Jodi Arias memorabilia being offered. I can only hope that my auctions can bring
some relief and comfort to the Alexander family. I have dozens more of this model that I will post in similar auctions.

Oh,I did not forget. He proved nothing and had the jury followed their instructions they would have found her guilty. There was a lot wrong with that jury. For one thing they were all too much alike, not informed, homebodies and some were obviously enamoured by Ms. Anthony by their interviews afterwards.

He made up the accident story? Wouldn't that be a deliberate attempt to lie to the court? I don't believe he ever said it happened, only suggested it could have along with everything else. He snowed the jury and they bought it. Juries have to keep in mind they are only to consider what is in evidence, statements, etc. that are related to facts presented by both sides and not speculation. I would hope all jurors will have a clear understanding of that today and in the future.

Still upset that JB went with the drowning after putting poor Mr. Kronk and the TES volunteers through he!!. jmo

Agreed every involved, civic minded, semi intelligent person was excluded by the selection process.

Frightening

Add this vintage status print (printed within 5 years of Original Negative) to your Murderers Who Profit collection!
If you collect women who are pathological liars this print would be excellent in your Women who Kill portfolio.

If you collect women who are pathological liars....??? Really?

The primary investigator in an investigation is part of the State's team. Flores did the investigation. Flores was also up and down a number of times because of the interviews that were played and the phone conversations that were recorded. That being said he was entitled to sit with the prosecutor. I don't think defense liked it at all but it is often done and the judge had no problem with it or Flores would have been asked to step outside.

There is a fear that a witness' testimony could be tainted/changed by those testifying before them so that is why they have to stay outside the courtroom before testifying. However investigators are not influenced by witnesses because they have already given their reports, done their investigation, etc. I believe Flores was only sitting there while Martinez planned on calling him back to the stand. I did not see him there the whole time. And I really do not think Det. Flores wanted to sit with defense, nor did they want him there.

Detectives can't afford to be objective. It's not their job. They are not suppose to accept things on face value. They have to dig, follow that gut feeling, lie to the suspect to trick them into revealing condeming information. They are not there to find a person innocent. They are investigating to find out if they are guilty of a crime. It's up to them to put it all together for the prosecutor to file charges against the suspect. jmo

I was just expressing how I thought it could be perceived by a jury.

Being objective and taking things at face value are two different things. If a jury thinks Flores is being less than transparent in an effort to assist the prosecution, then they will likely discount his testimony

I just saw an ad on tv that Jose Baez will be giving his opinion on this case on Dr. Drew Monday...Geez!

Me too. I'll line up to see that debacle...esp the cross examination. I think Troy Hayden was as much excited that he got that "get" in terms of getting inside the jail, getting her to talk to him at all, getting shots of her cell, all those tidbits from her jailbird friends, etc. I think he got all caught up in that. But if I see him in court next week I'm not above asking him...I sat right by him last time and rode up the elevator with him (big deal). But I'd be happy to inquire what he really thinks about that whole deal....and report back here of course. :slap: (just doing that symbolically and getting it off my chest in advance).

I can't wait to see what you report on this situation. To be a reporter you would think that he would have an open mind and not be blindly misled by this manipulator.

For example:

"Do what thou wilt, shall be the whole of the law." - Aleister Crowley

Sadly, Travis' old, admiring comment still sits at the bottom of her grab bag.

Not quite, "Do what thou wilt, but leave no palmprints, shall be the whole of the law." In this case, "Do what thou wilt, shall be the whole of the law, UNTIL the penalty phase."

I promise to report back my totally biased and one sided opinion on this situation as always. :blushing: <----not a reporter :great:

They could about the testimony of TA being shot in the head first. The rest is pretty much based on documented material the jury could see for themselves. His interviews with her are the most important part of anything he would have testified to and they are taped. He was mistaken about TA being shot in the head first and misunderstood the ME. He admitted to that in his testimony, not that he changed his testimony but that he was mistaken when he reported it.

How many WS members on this thread believe TA was shot first because JA stated he was? Not hard to believe that Det. Flores would have come to that conclusion also. jmo

Good girl! I am still er, celebrating. I should set a goal to get it all put away before the trial resumes.
