Seems like Mimi might have been her next victim, Jodi sought her out at Travis's Memorial service in Arizona and introduced herself...:what::what::what:

Wow, really? I didn't know that. :ohwow::gasp:

I listened to it last night and she did. Jodi approached Mimi at the memorial service and said "are you Mimi Hall, I'm Jodi Arias."

Ok it's this kind of thing that makes me want to go postal on this chick. And I'm not a violent person. :furious: Or even Violene. lol

The thing is, they are not the State ME and they did NOT do the autopsy. And it wasn't my statement, it came from Dr G who is an acting ME. She stated that when a ME testifies it is considered FACT. Her words, not mine.

As I said, people can debate the issues all they want, but for the purposes of this trial he was shot last.

I thought her context was in relation to the prosecutor's case - the state attorneys need to line up with the state/county official medical examiner findings. That doesn't mean anyone else has to agree.

And in "the case" we all remember so vividly, the jury didn't take Dr G's findings as fact, thus the jury verdict from hell.

I apologize if this question has been asked and answered. I just logged on after a few days. Has the man that Jodi lived with for four years been interviewed and does anyone have a link to his comments? Does anyone know whathe will testify to? I assume he will be a defense witness.

Dear Curious,

After JA's 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 pics were released, IMO, he will never come forward.:whoosh:

Hey did she get charged for those floor mats that she confiscated from that rental car? Just a stupid detail but still ....

I am new to all this law, trial, sleuthing stuff, but if someone creates a standard method of operation (ie, rents a car, packs knives, gun, and ammo) and then kills someone, does that began to label them as a serial killer?

Only if they repeat the cycle, such as: rents a car, packs knives, gun and ammo. She sure wasn't getting ready for a teddy bear picnic. jmo

That cat story is utterly horrifying. :furious:

I agree with you totally. My dogs are my babies and everything I do in my life revolves around them. If I had been the owner and she did what she did to my dog or cat she would not be in good shape by the time I got through with her. :furious:

Since we are on the Mimi subject, what I find incredibly odd is that Mimi had this six sense and knew/felt something was wrong but his own roommates were totally clueless inside the home which is not that big (3600) as previously misstated.

It just fits with everything else though doesn't it? Her detachment from any kind of normal human emotion.

Do you believe that cat story?

That's why I'm interested in what Jodi's "best case scenario" may have been. No doubt she may have seen herself playing "the grieving widow" of course. She was ready and willing to publically participate in the grieving--with memories and photos on her blog, etc. of course she would have to do that stuff to appear credible, but her BRAZENESS is what stands out. She had to go to the memorial to look credible, she didn't need to approach Mimi to appear credible. She did that for fun. She had to call his friends and get the story to appear credible. She didn't hav to contact the lead detective and chatter on endlessly about how close they were to appear credible.

Actually we don't know the extent of Jodi's injuries. Jodi was wearing a long sleeve shirt when she met Ryan. He saw a couple of bandaids on her finger/fingers. As far as I know he didn't see her naked so she could have had scratch marks/bruises on her arms as well.

MOO

didn't she point out scratched on her arm to flores and say the were scratched from her feral cat?

This is the first time that I've read the full ME's report.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it looks like the bullet only traveled 1.5 inches from where it entered the skull and then through the palate. You realize that this is the area of the brain that was used for frontal lobotomies, right? Longer instruments were used and they went much deeper into the frontal lobe. Those are neither fatal or incapacitating.

This is almost like a mini-lobotomy. Mood-altering, yes. Instantly fatal, far from it.

Edit: Here's a link describing the technique. WARNING, GRAPHIC: Lobotomy - PBS documentary on Walter Freeman - YouTube

The projectile was only 1/8" in diameter, according to Horn, the ME.

Horn says he was not able to get any evidence from the brain, as it had decomposed faster than other tissue.

Gun first.

but lobotomies are utensils entering the brain with no impact. You can actually cut into someones brain while they are alive and there will be no brain, and depending on the area no deficits. A gunshot is going many many miles per hour and it's like a shock wave to the brain. It injures the area that was shot and injures areas of the brain far from the wound site. It's different that even getting punctured with a rod or an arrow like you see on the news. So not comparable to a lobotomy IMO. It is possible and there have been people that are conscious after being shot in the head, but often times those bullets don't enter the brain, pass through it, and exit the other side of the cranial cavity. All my opinion!!

How scary! She knew who she was and she even knew where she lived! JA slashed her tires. :what:

I think it was Lisa Andrews who got her tires slashed by Jodi.

I totally believe it. The only reason Napoleon was so well thought of is because he belonged to Travis. I am sure it would have changed if they had gotten together. Like KC anything that takes the interest from her watch out. It makes me wonder how she treated the little boy that belonged to the last love toy.

No, the jury listened to defense's ME who came to the conclusion that Caylee drowned because the family had a pool in their yard. Said he found residue in the brain and claims it was brain matter but never had it tested???? Came unprepared to do the autopsy on the remains and sent the attorney out to buy a hacksaw at Walmart instead of using a proper instrument. All you had to do is look at the man and figure you should take what he said with a grain of salt. His memory was not the greatest, for sure. jmo

Sociopathy.

I think her approaching Mimi had as much to do about her continuing her obsession. See her up close and personal and wonder why Travis was so interested in her.

Travis roommate or some friend said about how Travis was really crazy for one girl..so much so he made her favorite dessert for her. Was this Mimi? Anybody know?

I can only imagine how psycho Jodi was knowing Travis was so interested in Mimi who only liked him as a friend. Yet who knows how she incorporated that in to her toxic brain.

Edited to add: remember in the movie Fatal Attraction how Michael Douglas (Dan) comes home to find that psycho sitting in his living room visiting with his wife? Yeah, something like that.

They were booked to leave for Cancun the next day. When she hadn't heard from him and it was less than 24 hours til departure--she investigated.

The roomates don't concern me so much. They all lead their own lives and not seeing Travis was normal. It wasn't unusual for them not to run into him.

For conversation's sake, here is a side view of the frontal lobe and a view of the sinuses. The bullet went in just above the right eyebrow and ended up inside the left cheek.

I think the blood in the sink was from a profuse nosebleed immediately after being shot. He might not have even gone down.

i respectfully disagree. Drawings are not anatomically correct whatsoever and should not be used to discern how far away the brain is from the skull or how large or small the sinuses are. Please refer to the brain MRI picture I posted.

Anything easy is not worth having....something that seems unobtainable has an attraction....thats why girls play hard to get....... like Mimi said Travis was persistent and even she thought he thought he could still get her. I am sure Travis thought he could charm the pants off of her sometime while they were in Cancun, separate rooms was just a ploy.
