Sometimes people have a premonition of impending death. His friends stated they laughed when he told them about him being dead but soon realized he was serious. Also the fact he said he only got 45 minutes of sleep the night before indicates he was bothered about something. He's not a caffeine drinker so there was no other reason why he should not have been able to sleep normally. He clearly was worried about something. I think once she was in the house he tried to handle her with kid gloves hoping she would leave on her own.

I would also say those shower photos could be showing him de-stressing in the shower after a long afternoon and that is why there is no soap/shampoo visible. He may have thought she was gone. jmo

Do you think he did know she was coming and was worried how it would go?

IDK, it's possible. I still think she showed up unannounced hoping to catch him asleep and kill him.

Why don't we see any of Jodi's friends or family on the list?

I thought the same thing during the cross exam -- they have the benefit of knowing the sequence (if Jodi told her lawyers the truth)
Not likely, most defense attorneys do not want to know if their client is guilty, so that they don't have to lie. And the ones that do, like OJ's lawyers justify it by "moral cover".

Kimberly Ross is Jodi's cell mate. Kimberly's crimes are just as bad... how can she be a credible witness. Well, she's on the witness list for Defense.

Yes but she has nothing to add in regards to this crime so imo it is just ridicules.

I think the reason OJ changed lawyers was because he confessed to the first ones...tying their hands. By passing OJ off to other attorneys and OJ keeping his mouth shut to the new ones ...they were free to manufacture reasonable doubt.

OMG! How can Jodi's cellmate be on the witness list for the defense? This is laughable!

IT IS laughable! What in the world can this person testify to except what that lying 🤬🤬🤬 told her???

I'll believe it when I see it.

Gonna be great seeing her lawyer sitting on her screaming...no no no!! When she tries.

This makes me sick. Shame on Alyce Laviolette, the possible Defense Witness, supposely expert in Domestic Violence for enabling falsehoods and presenting misconceptions of what type of abuse occurred. Stalking Jodi couldn't get away? Last I heard, stalkers were the ones abusing.

I didn't hear her say that, but if she did, I'm assuming it is only her opinion. Jodi's own attorneys may not have decided yet.

OMG, I am sorry. I did not know I was not supposed to link to that site. Thanks for letting me know!

All I meant by that was that as someone posted here previously, the ONLY way to get rid of a stalker is to end ALL communication-period. No texting, emails, phone calls, and certainly no sex!

Stalkers have no sense of boundaries and even the smallest bit of acknowledgment can be taken as an invitation. They don't do "subtle".

I think she was a gold digger. When it was clear that career path wasn't working out she became a stalker.

Not to be too rude, but IMO TA would've been better off to be a jerk and bang her a couple times, dump her and move on. His "mistake" was trying to be nice about letting her go.

It's up to Jodi.
