The defense is going to have a hay day with Travis's reputation. The phone sex tapes (where JA sounds like a 12 year old) are going to make him look bad. So sad.

Why would she tape it? Seems like a privacy issue to me regardless of what he said. You only tape something off a phone if you expect you might need it for court. jmo

I have thought about couples who have done phone sex with someone they are dating or who they are married to. It sure shows what is done in private and is meant for no one else's ears can be turned against a victim if they have been murdered. Very sad actually.

As to them playing a taped call, I thoght in almost all states that it was illegal to tape a call without the other persons knowledge, guess not in az. Oh, wish AZlawyer was here to answer!
