Has anyone seen the Jodi stretch? That to me said it all. It seemed like she was gesturing, Oh they will be so turned on by me they will ask me for my number and let me go. Well keep stretching Jodi cause your still behind bars and hopefully will stay there until they put a needle in your arm.

I get the feeling she is probably posturing quite a bit while in prison. That "stretch" was unbelievable. Imagine what the guys on the other side of the mirror thought.

There have been quite a few women stabbing men shows on TV, I think on ID. One last night showed a woman who stabbed her man 27 times!!!! Another was a young female who stalked her man and ultimately committed murder/suicide!

Oxygen has a show called SNAPPED. I like that better than most of the ID shows bc they don't have D rated actors doing cheesy re-enactments. Some shows on ID are great, but I want the story without cheese

Something happened with that quote and it split. I don't live in Jersey, although I do have relatives in South Jersey. I presently in northeastern North Carolina.

Lamb Chop, if you're in a NE NC area where I think you may be, have you heard the unique "tidewater" accent yet? A bit like you hear from some Virginians -- it can be heard when someone says "thousand" or "pound" or "house," etc. It's an accent that goes back to the original settlers from England... (Sorry you're a bit homesick -- there are some beautiful areas in NJ.)

One thing that just occurred to me. It would not be out of the realm of possibility to see Jodi try and fire her attorneys during the course of this trial. It would not be out of the realm of possibility for her to try and "flip her story yet once again,claim she wasn't there (again) and didn't do it. Claim her attorneys coerced her to admitting she did it.

Now that would be interesting , legally, in a DP trial. But it would not surprise me in the least. Esp after she's heard the jury questions.

Nurmi would feel his prayers have been answered if she fired him.

It wouldn't surprise me either, she's evil and crafty. MOO

Did you ever see the documentary on the Hillside Strangler?

He convinced MANY psychiatrists he had multiple personalities...until one uncovered the hoax of it all.

Edited to add, this is not AT ALL as tragic as Dear Zachary...but fascinating for those interested in personality disorders in particular sociopathy.

I read the book about the Hillside stranglers. 2 cousins. Last true crime book I read. It was too sickening as to what they did to their victims. IIRC they got caught because the one cousin tried a killing on his own and failed.

It is a good read on how the multiple personality fake was discovered

There are a few rows of similar images but nothing close
enough for it to be a copy.

If this has been discussed before I was unable to catch it. I've had a specific person stuck in my head and there doesn't seem to be enough information to answer my question.

She lived with a man for 4 years (correct me if I am wrong) who she bought a house with and who I believe lives in the Monterrey area. I won't put his name up here because I don't want to break any rules if it does. However she was with him shortly before dating Travis.

So I have a lot of wonder about her ex-fiance and would love to know what, if any, investigations has been done and released about this person. She was in the same area as this man the night before she murdered Travis. So again I have an interest on any investigation concerning him.

Off-topic but I loved the show "I Survived" it was on the BIO channel.... It's People that went through horrible crimes and natural disasters etc, but they survived..I like the show because the real victim tells their own experience and of course, they live to tell about it. I can't find it anymore. Does anyone know when it will come back on?

I vote for medical research. The one thing that so far has me stumped is why now? Why Travis? How would her craziness lay dormant til the age of 28-29? I really need to hear from the ex boyfriends and friends. Would also really like to hear from her extended family!

Maybe Travis was the first guy to break it off with her. She learned how to get what she wanted very young. As long as a psychopath feels their needs are being met, they're okay. Cross one... Not so lucky.
