I think that she used them on her face after she colored her hair and also might have thought that she could use them to clean up some of the blood if any splattered on her. I don't think that she had any clue as to how much blood there would be.

Hi all So glad we have something to watch today! This Gus Searcy, has anyone been able to figure out what he is going to testify too?
If prosecutorial misconduct is the issue he is testifying about, the only thing that I can think of is that it's going to be said that he gave info to the prosecution that was never disclosed, something was said to him, or I dunno? lol

A pre-emptive strike against whom? Jurors won't be watching on tv. In fact they aren't involved in this hearing. Are you suggesting the judge will be swayed by a tv show?

Isn't all he could say is that Jodi told him things and that would be hearsay? I am sure Mr. Martinez is ready for him. If he lies he will perjure himself. Maybe Arizona will prosecute for perjury since Florida doesn't. Remember Cinday Anthony? I guess the man would lie for a pretty woman. ugh.

Just what this case needs, another liar! Anyone know where Gus Searcy was living when Jodi visited him? When I heard he was a witness and he was with PPL, I was sure Jodi had made a hit on him!

ETA: Is this person a witness today in the misconduct hearing? GMAFB!

His office is in Yorba Linda (Southern California). His calendar for June 3, 2008 says he was in Santa Cruz for a conference.

she loves the sound of her own voice. she always manages to talk about herself, no matter what the subject, like 'i'm the kind of person who.......'

Agreed, norest -- I think she thought it would be wham-bam-kill-the-man, but "quickly" would imply the gun would be used first, but we'll prolly never really know. If she wanted to be a bit slower, but more cruel (surely that wouldn't have crossed her mind!!!:what: ), she would have stabbed him first. "No mercy for you, you jerk. You just think you don't want me anymore -- I'll show you what happens when somebody denies ME what I want. And your new little friend can just G T H."

But she learned from this experience... That's why she obtained the 9 mil, IMO -- one good shot will do it the next time.

I definitely believe the stabbing came first. Because IMO she wanted to make this kill slow and painful. And what about slitting his throat? Who would do that in self defense? Not buying that story. She planned the whole thing. She is psycho. Psychologists cannot explain this woman. Se is pure evil.
