GS is scrolling through his own cellphone (?)
GS asks "are you waiting for me?" Def. Atty - "yes we are . . . did you find it?"
no still scrolling for it -
Received this text on 1/15 - 3 days after they spoke
Mr.Hughes texted sayin "Herb you are on Jodi's witness list = any idea why?"
GS responded - "too much to text - call me later"
Hughes said he was working with Prosecution and he heard that GS was on Jodi's witness list - GS said Prosecutor told Hughes
Text was @ 9:15 am - first text = GS received while he was driving to California.

GS you might be reluctant to say this in a public forum - did Mr Hughes say anything about me (Defense Atty) . . .
Smiling - GS - said DA was a "snake" and if someone were on trial for murder this is the Atty you would want defending you. . . .
One of the things (Hughes) had said . . . .OMGoodness . . . he said you guys tried to keep this off of TV . . . . I can't tell you where this came from
