I am so tired of hearing J Casarez (sp) get her hair all in a wad because the Prosecutor raised his voice at Gus, the swarmy witness who was side tracking questions.
She apparently was not listening to testimony but was jumping on a jury member who was, regarding the question about Mr. Hughes. Very good question considering he did not mentor ones on Mr. Hughes team.
I'll take comments from Beth over Jean anyday.

Did you catch her defending the defense putting Gus on first, she said something to the effect like it could be because he was from out of town. Like Gus would miss his chance to be on the stand/T.V. even if he had to come from Mars. I am getting so I must put the T.V. on mute when she is speaking. MOO

It's my belief that as these defense "experts" testify on behalf of this defendant, they will be committing career suicide. I can't think of a better way to ruin one's professional reputation than to testify that SHE was a victim of domestic abuse or that HE was a sexual deviant. Then again, there's always a need for slithering defense experts to assist criminals in their quest for justice and notoriety has become as valued as integrity. I've heard victims advocates and professionals expressing outrage at how another so-called professional could testify for JA-- I'm guessing Ms. LaViolente will lose most of her credibility amongst peers, especially when she gets destroyed on cross-exam. JMO.

It's strange that Gus's team was called (in his words today) Pentacle team and there is a pentacle in the drawing... If it were in pencil I might believe it was authentic but not so sure about it being in pen. MOO

I really dont know what the defense expected. You are right all we heard is this blowhard build himself up. Even stressing his motor coach was LARGE! Oh my he probably didnt need Jodi to get sexually excited. He can just think of how wonderful he is and do it all by himself.:floorlaugh:

I scheduled my daughters to come visit....haven't seen one since Christmas.....I miss them alot, I love them alot....BUT......sent hubby to pick them up so I could watch......
I have since recess prepared the roast they requested, cleaned a bathroom, doing dishes.....but I know I have to take them out to coffee......
