Because it showed that Jodi had "enjoyed" anal sex with someone before Travis and Travis was not the one who introduced it to her. If she wants to play a little innocent school girl, the prosecution is going to show that this is absolutely NOT the case. It was brilliant, in my opinion!

There was no big scoop. The defense was trying to get information out about a phone call travis made to jodi (that left her in tears), but the judge considered it heresay and we didn't hear anything further.

So far we have TWO witnesses testifying to her aggressiveness. She's not quite the mousy-mouse she would like for the jury to believe she is. The defense is trying to say that Travis was the aggressor. It's clear from testimony so far that Jodi was the aggressor.

If sex over a desk, insulting words, moneyshot, pigtails, and boy shorts underwear are evidence of domestic abuse, Jodi must get on the stand and "give a performance".

It certainly is not Domestic Abuse, but again I'm not taking Jodi's word that any of the above took place. She has lost any and all credibility.

If she takes the stand to testify to any of the above if I was a juror I would take it with a truck full of salt.

You know I got in trouble before for picture taking....I could get arrested for being a repeat offender!

I'm telling you she is really far away. Hopefully I will sit more behind her to get that view but it takes me further from the jury. I don't think I could even throw a wad of gum and hit Jodi from the gallery. Not that I'd try.

BUT when I did try and study her hand movements it appeared to me she was writing and not drawing.
