ITA!! He contradicted or denied everything that he had told investigators, and within the time he was testifying he so many conflicting dates, etc., that as a juror I would not consider him credible what-so-ever.
Legal savvy folks - is there a legal problem with him contradicting his interviews with investigators?

Was he under oath? Was it an affidavit? If not, not really.

They asked this to prove that Jodi is NOT a passive, sweet lil thing that had a bad man sexually abuse her to the point where she HAD to kill him.

ITA - that her defense strategy is useless…. That in fact these were her sexual experiences, sexual lifestyle, and sexual preferences that she brought to her relationship with TA… NOT the other way around. MOO

I have to leave, so y'all can feel free to throw the rotten veggies. I believe that there was something specifically toxic in the relationship between these two, which is why the psycho came out. I think poor DB NEVER saw ANYTHING (in his private relationship with her) that shows that she would be a crazy, rageful murderer. I think he believes she was a victim of abuse, because that's the only way he can understand the difference between how Jodi was with him and with Travis.

I feel like he doesn't have any remorse about leaving his child with Jodi. His ex-wife on the other hand? :furious::moo:

I think her ex (who I did not see testify), was similar to her in background, saddled with a small child, with bills and no opportunity for fancy vacations, etc. Travis represented everything jodi felt she was entitled to but did not have. That's the reason for the jealousy, IMO.
