Sorry to "bunch" yes I said "most of us posters" my apologies to those who want to be excluded. MO from what I've heard so far he "played" JA by dating other women, keeping her secret etc. this is emotionally toying with her and IMO somewhat emotionally abusive.

HAVING said that, nothing shows SD yet IMO and I still feel she should pay for her actions! TA was brutally murdered, and nothing TA has done yet proves she should get off on SD.

I personally don't feel that there was any exclusivity in TA's and JA's relationship at the time he was seeing other women. I feel that he tried very hard to end their relationship and she would have none of it. Sometimes, you just have to be straight up with a person and if they don't accept your breaking it off with them, what else can you do?

Defense requests out of state supena for Skye. His wife is now going to be asked to testify and continue this. Wow....this misconduct charge is going to go on forever.

I thought this type of stuff should have been resolved before the triial started.

I believe the alleged misconduct occurred after the trial had begun.

So what if CH thought it wrong of Travis(and let him know) that he was seeing/talking to other females and not telling JA..MOO but I don't know anyone, male or female, that when seeing/talking to other women/men on the sly, ARE UPFRONT, COMPLETELY HONEST, AND FORTHCOMING with that info to the person with whom their dating!

But regardless of that IMO the bottom line remains the same no matter if Travis was or was not seeing/talking to other women on the sly, was or was not forthcoming with that info to JA, or whether CH(or anyone else for that matter) disagreed with Travis doing so, saw it as a form of abuse, and/or let their feelings about the situation be known to Travis... <<---DOESN'T MATTER IMO..BOTTOM LINE NONE OF IT JUSTIFIES, NOR IN ANY WAY LESSENS THE DEGREE OF THE VICIOUS MURDER OF TRAVIS BY JA..not even a little bit..and IMO even *if* this were to find its way into being entered and thereby known by the jury, moo is it doesn't change anything at all, period...
