Gus Searcy on stand . . . contacted County Atty office after this all happened . . . made a phone call and left a message . . . made subsequent calls to County Atty office as info came out . . . . .he had information at first that was relevant then later it became irrelevant and new info was relevant. . . . Mr. A said he was being flown out fo testimony . . he didn't cover any great detail but said GS had information that they may want to know . . . . Mr.A said he had talked to them and he said County Prosecutor would be contacting him . . . someone else was in the car with them .. . that person is afraid to come forward - afraid of Mr.Hughes for business purposes.

Is it your understanding that Mr. Hughes is tryin to disuade you . .. that is interesting - he is high up in the company .. . . how did he know I was even on the list when You (defense) didn't even know . .. he said Defense was a snake, and tried to shake Defense's credibility. . . . .

I think his testimony was fairly damning to the defense, but I don't think it can't be mitigated with careful work and the right questions. Not that it's likely to happen after seeing the DT in action... I think the most important thing gathered is the gas cans. That could go to show premeditation. I'm not sure how the defense will try to mitigate that.

I have been following this case since Jodi was first arrested. Everything I have seen or read point to her guilt and as this trial goes on I find more and more That I believe that it was premeditated. Up until the trial I had thought that it could have been manslaughter (I'm a Brit - so the UK's version of manslaughter).

I have yet to see any evidence of abuse towards her. Normally, I can usually see reasonable doubt in cases (but I can't in this one admitedly I am probably too invested) you seem more impartial and not as invested, so I just wondered what you thought of the ex's testimony. I think it shows a degree of premeditation.
