In addition, this guy was MUCH older than her. He is 40 something and Jodi had begun to get attention from young Moran men who came to her home.....hence her boob job came at the same time.

How did JA get the idea about a boob job when she talked to these Mormon missionaries -- that's what I wanna know -- what was going through her head? .... Anybody??

Sorry to "bunch" yes I said "most of us posters" my apologies to those who want to be excluded. MO from what I've heard so far he "played" JA by dating other women, keeping her secret etc. this is emotionally toying with her and IMO somewhat emotionally abusive.

HAVING said that, nothing shows SD yet IMO and I still feel she should pay for her actions! TA was brutally murdered, and nothing TA has done yet proves she should get off on SD.

As an abuse survivor please dont include me in that 'most' .I certainly dont think Travis ever abused Jodi in any manner. She was away from him all the way in CA. Imo it was Jodi that kept pursuing him even after he told her clearly they would never be together forever. He did not lie to her. He was straight up with her but she was having none of it. She would do just as she had always done. Show up unannounced giving him no warning she was coming. Heck she probably came through the doggie door again.

She is nothing but an obsessive psychopath imo. When they can no longer control their victim some will murder the victim to get rid of them so they cant have a life without them.

Abused? I see no evidence of that. I do see a master manipulator in Jodi Arias who uses sex as control tool.

The email from Chris was way back in December 2007. Travis had tried to move on and Jodi moved to CA. No one made her come back there. No one made her call him. No one made her have sex with him. He was doing just fine without Jodi in his life.

It isnt as if Jodi Arias was some shy, withdrawn, damsel in distress. :floorlaugh: Jodi Arias was a very wordly woman who had been around the sexual block many times.

If she had never crossed paths with Travis Alexander he would be alive today.

What???? Prosecutorial misconduct hearing delayed until February 13th????? Trial could well be over by then!!! So they find her guilty and then say oh wait, there was prosecutorial misconduct? I don't think so! This was a sham by the defense, probably just for the record. What a waste of time.

Think of it this way though...it goes a long way in arguing against ineffective counsel in any upcoming appeals. :biggrin:

I think GS lied about someone being in the car and Martinez is grinning because he knows this.

Explains why GS wants to plead the 5th (perjury) and why the judge is suggesting he seek legal council.

In other words, there was never another person in the car and this witness is a liar!

So, what's the sore now? Defense = 0 for 2? With Prosecution stealing one from the Defense. (It's like chess!)
