Yes he was 52.

I felt sorry for the man actually.

Did she say she got the idea of a boob job from Mormans. When did she have the boob job. I thought that was just before she bailed on Daryl. LOL! Mine are real but I have heard once a woman gets a boob job she may leave her man to get a new one sometimes. Sad to me when a lot of the guys are the ones that wind up paying for them.

IMO

I didn't feel sorry for him. And if you picked up on it....he never wanted to marry Jodi. I think he was and is still in love with ex wife.

snipped by me!
thank you sooooooo much! I have asked a few times and have not seen the answer! I lost my feed and didn't know what happened, came back and it was the seal!

You're welcome.

I was just glad I saw it, I was about to go to bed since it was getting close to 1am and I really thought I didn't need to watch another episode of the Gus-Show. I'm really glad I stayed up for this, though.

I LOVED it when GS told the judge he would accept what she said as "credible". ROFLMAO, I bet she wanted to cuff him upside the head! :floorlaugh:

The judge is way too lenient IMO. She should have immediately threatened jail time if he didnt write down the name. This is not a game. It is a legal proceeding and if you dont follow the rules in court, it seems Contempt of Court is exactly what he was doing.

I think if he flat-out refused to write it down after she ordered, he should have been held in contempt. But he didn't. He asked what would happen if he refused, and attempted to address his concerns.

I can see his predicament if he was genuinely concerned about the welfare of another person, so I don't know. His mistake was not having counsel on standby. If you're going to ruffle the feathers of either side, you should be prepared and protect yourself.

bbm. I agree with this. He did not treat her or himself in a way anyone would be too proud of. Did he 'deserve to die'? I don't think so. I just don't canonize him just because he died. I respect the mourning. that's it.

jmo, moo, 2 cents yada yada yada etc etc etc

Could someone please tell me what bbm means? Thanks.

Yeah, I think it's probably he didn't know what it was. He doesn't seem very knowledgeable on legal matters. It's something you always hear about, so I guess that's why he asked.

He was probably compelled to give up the name in the closed session, and I imagine they'll be at least getting a deposition from this person in the next week or so.

Time to watch some HOCKEY now! I can't stand much of the HLN people, although I'll probably turn over during the period intermissions.

He is under oath right?

I think he just made that up and thought that would bolster his fairy tale more.

If he doesnt produce the name and if the person doesnt verify what he says is true he could find himself in deep doo with the Judge.

I just told my hubby how strange it is that some people just want to desperately insert themselves in high profile cases even if it means lying to do it.

IMO

I was just about to shut down and then a real Whopper. Who would have thunk that the very end of today would have been the best part.

I am still :floorlaugh: I cant get over it. It truly surpassed my most favorite moment EVER in court.

The whole irony of PPL not being able to help him in his time of need is just icing on the cake :floorlaugh:
