It bothers me how some keep accusing those of us who believe Travis was the victim in the relationship, (ya' know, the guy who was brutally, viciously murdered by a woman who had been stalking him, according to the victim, who was crazy and evil, according to his friends, and who appeared to have pre-planned the murder and then coolly lied about it later, changing her story several times), of "canonizing" Travis or calling him a saint or perfect.

With respect, those of you who think Travis was a dog keep repeating, along with this negative opinion, that you don't believe he deserved to die. You insist this, over and over again (even while insisting, over and over again that Travis was a dog, something completely irrelevant if you don't really think he deserved to be killed - or that there was any justification for his murder).

You want everyone to believe that you don't think jodi was justified in "losing it" and killing Travis, despite continually pointing out that he was a dog, yet you totally ignore our repeated statements that Travis was not perfect and accuse us of acting like he was, just because some of us find that jodi arias was the sociopath and Travis the unwitting victim who was played and then destroyed via the ultimate act of domestic violence.

I don;t think that's fair. Not one of us has called Travis a saint. And what's good for the goose is good for the gander.

Cool beans. Let me rephrase: he is not the kind of man I would ever choose to date. If you want to translate it into me thinking he had it coming or something like that, that's not on me. It's not what I think at all. Peace.

Hello all I'm new here & have been just reading through all your posts & thoughts on this trial for the past few weeks and just wanted to add my thoughts on this case. I think that the three hole wonder was absolutely obsessed/infatuated w/ TA to the point that she was smothering him so badly while the two were dating that he really pushed to break things off as bf/gf and wanted to have more of a just friends relationship with JA. JA, who had up until that point always gotten her way with the men in her life & although she was devastated that TA just wanted to be friends she played it off like it was a mutual thing for her too (to TA) all the while really believing that she would use her appearance & sexual wiles to eventually bait TA hook, line, & sinker & have him become her bf once again (and probably future husband) down the road. So I believe it was HER idea to request that they (her & TA) not just be friends during this time, but friends with benefits. TA, being a man, of course is not going to object to this situation/relationship so he agreed to it. TA seen the psychotic potential in JA and I think breathed a breath of fresh air and was relieved when they made things just friends with benefits (therefore JA would not be around 24/7 to smother him & rule him, but they could still casually hook up & have fun) and was looking to move on with his life in terms of finding a wife. However, during this "friends with benefits" time in their relationship when the days kept passing by & after JA screwed him every which way possible (both literally & figuratively) -which is what she used [her sexuality] to capture & hold onto every other of her past love interests- and this STILL was not enough, and she ran out of any other option/possibility on new pleasures that she could provide TA & he was not getting back together with her but instead was still pursuing other women "wife" interests JA then tried to FORCE him to make what she wanted to happen, happen. This is when she moved to AZ, crawled through his doggy door, hacked him & stalked him in every way possible in order to forcefully insert herself into his life whether he liked it or not. She thought herself & the sex that she provided would be so good that TA would eventually come to his senses and cave in and they would be back together as bf/gf. This only scared TA more so when he would try to distance himself from her (ae: not answer her calls/emails, confront her, tell her he was interested in other women, threaten to get LE involved, etc) this is when JA would pull the "I'm going to commit suicide if you try & keep me from you/your life" BS. I think that her threatening this scared TA even more (because if JA did commit suicide, TA would feel like her blood was on his hands [even though it would have not been his fault, IMO]) so he begrudgingly dealt with most of the nonstop stalking that JA perpetrated upon him. I think TA was stuck between a rock and a hard place and if it had been me (in TA's place) the suicidal threats would have had me calling psychiatric centers to have the dumb beotch committed or I would have had LE involved or something -anything- to get the dumb beotch out of my life but TA was a much nicer, more compassionate, & more patient person than I. I think this is why he reached out to a couple friends stating that his relationship with Jodi was complicated or his expressing frustration/stress to his friends. I honestly believe that TA thought that JA would eventually move on with her life and what she was doing wouldn't last forever. I think that he was doing the only thing that he knew to do and that was to wait it out and hope that this would happen sooner rather than later. It was during this time that during one of her stalking/hacking/snooping into TA's affairs exploits that it came to light to JA that TA was going to Cancun and not only was he going on a trip w/o her but another female other than her was going with TA. This made JA flip her lid, the straw that broke the camel's back so to speak. I then think that she made the decision then and there that TA was serious about moving on & moving on NOT with her, but with some other female. There was absolutely nothing else that she could do to try and MAKE TA hers/make TA want her and her alone so she started plotting his demise because she was going to be damned if TA took another female to Cancun & went to Cancun w/o her. And finally, I believe that she went to TA's those final couple days with the belief that she was going to use marathon sex (any position, any sexual favor -whatever it would take to make TA's sexual dreams come true) and the sweetest attitude that she could fake to try and win TA one last time, hoping that he would change his mind about Cancun and decide instead to take her (JA) with him instead. If this didn't work, JA planned on killing him. Well, it didn't work how she had hoped so she murdered TA as planned. That's my two cents for those of you who may be bored/care to read... Thanks so much for letting me get it off my chest!!

It's amazing that at about the same time that Jodi decided to go Mormon, she got her manfriend (I refuse to call him boyfriend, he's 52 now) to pay for her and cut him off for sex at the same time. How bad is that? Too bad he didn't repossess them.

Personally I don't get it.

Me either, and for what ever reason (PPL, he is a man, a mormon man or whatever) there's some strong bias throwing common sense out the window. JMO.

The DA let his witness fill in the gaps for Jodi's trip nicely.. she was THERE on the 3rd. Oh and she borrowed GAS CANS.

this was just so priceless today! Even to show her obsession (or rather change in behavior) once she got onto the PPL train. (and the sex piece and her aggression)

The jury just has to be like...say what? Say huh? No wonder they had no questions for this guy. No questions needed. They saw on the big screen her purchases and where they fell off the grid.
