That's right in one of the interrogation sessions Jodi said the scratches on her arms and hands were from the cat. I didn't think that it was Jodi's cat. I still doubt that it was her cat. Jodi's grandmother's cat more likely. I don't think Jodi cared to make time to care about and provide for any living thing other than herself. Her makeup, her hair, her boobies, her suntan, her clothing, her bling. And I remember what I think her name is Veronica said about Jodi watching a cat for a few weeks. That she left it isolated in a room for that whole time and was surprised that the animal was shaking when she went to retrieve it.

A couple of things crossed my mind when I heard about that. Cats are fairly independent but even so isolation will cause an animal to start acting out. I wondered are we talking about a room the size of a closet or what? Remember Jodi's room had to be made from an existing room in the grandparent's home and was pretty tiny. So where was this cat penned up? A couple of weeks without a litter change is nasty.

Oh how I wish JM would subpoena him!!!!! (Matthew Mellia) Love to hear him trash Brewers testimony. I don't think Brewer wanted to defend Jodi. I think he is very fearful that if she is set free, she will go after him if he says anything negative.

Juan Martinez has spoken with some of Darryl Brewer's co-workers. In Juan's line of questioning, he asked Darryl if it weren't true that after Darryl and Jodi's having sex for the first time, Darryl told co-workers that Jodi was very aggressive.

he didn't see any of it in his relationship with her.....she played normal for whatever reason. I think he is having a hard time reconciling the Jodi he knew is capable of this. Not everyone is fast on the uptake.

Or, DB does not want to know what Jodi was really like during his relationship with her because their child was in the household while Jodi was there. If Jodi were abusive and he put up with it for four years while his son was there the ex-wife could have some serious issues with him even now. I think that would be an incentive for him slant his testimony to protect he and his son's relationship because he loves his son more than he ever loved Jodi. jmo

I would like to believe that this judge will not tolerate perjury but look at Cindy Anthony and I was sick of Judge Perry threatening Jose Baez with sanctions (or something like that) sprinkled throughout the trial and then after it is over? nada. crickets.

I was watching In Session this morning and the mortgage payment was mentioned, $1,700.00 a month. How in the world could they afford this with her working in at pizza parlor, and he with no job, (or did he have a job). Even if he had a job, how could Arias pay 1/2 of ALL expenses even with two low paying jobs. Perhaps this was addressed and I missed it.......PLEASE can anyone enlighten me! Thanks!!!
