I thought Darryl was less than truthful myself because on the camera shot of his hands, his fingers were bright red and the back of his hand was pure white. He was very stressed out giving that testimony.

Why would he lie? He has a son he obviously shares custody with his ex. There may be things he just does not want his ex-wife to know. I think the fact that he did not marry Jodi speaks volumes and I think he blames the Mormons for taking her away from him. jmo

I think the hands were from nerves,that has got to be very stressful, the whole world is watching,his private life is being played for people to judge,ect.ect.if he was wringing his hands like that on a one on one interview maybe,not so much under those circumstances.

It also helps that she dumped him. Travis had the nerve to dump her so he had to die, in her mind.

Betty Broderick was found guilty of two counts of second degree murder in the slaying of her ex and his young new wife. I guess being able to afford legal representation really does pay off …..

Or, DB does not want to know what Jodi was really like during his relationship with her because their child was in the household while Jodi was there. If Jodi were abusive and he put up with it for four years while his son was there the ex-wife could have some serious issues with him even now. I think that would be an incentive for him slant his testimony to protect he and his son's relationship because he loves his son more than he ever loved Jodi. jmo

not likely. What could his ex do now? Go take him to court and say that 8-10 years ago he dated an accused murderer and he isn't fit to parent now? He's moved on and remarried and presumably has made a far saner choice of a life partner. The most she can do now is chew him out....so that scenario does not seem likely.

I kinda felt sorry for Darryl, you could tell that it hurt him to say anything negative towards JA. But you would think that he would have figured out by now the type of person that she is.

I think he's got it figured out! I would also think he cringes thinking he lived with her, his son lived with her. He subjected them both to a psychopath and didn't see it! Personally, I think I would be beating myself up inside, wondering about my own judgement, thinking about the potential danger my son and I lived with.

After listening the Darryl's testimony yesterday I have come to the conclusion that Jodi Arias is a sexual deviant.

What better way to try and conceal that fact than to blame her dead victim and make him into the one that was the sexual deviant. It will explain why she engaged in it. If she testifies she will just flip flop her own deviant behavior and make them Travis'.

One thing that happened yesterday imo is Juan shot the 'little pure conservative damsel in distress' out of the water. This simply is who Jodi Arias is and has been for years.

I am so thankful that Darryl was honest and just laid it all out there even though it had to be so embarrassing for him.

ocean. I was just being silly with the oj thing. For some reason when I saw Gus's reaction to answer I thought he looked like a cornered rat. It hit me that perhaps,no one was in the car with him. And if no one was in the car with him then he is protecting no one for whatever reason and he is flat out lying. And I wonder how the judge will like that?

There WAS someone in the car with him. Someone doesn't act the way that he did when asked. It was either Jodi OR someone his current wife doesn't know about or care for. OR someone very intimidated by Chris Hughes. It'll come out... the secrets have a way of coming out sooner or later. Two thumbs up for Juan Martinez! You know he was loving that moment!! I like him more and more as the trial goes on. But that's just me. MOO

thanks tiger I don't get insession, so always like to see the updates from there. I figured it was more to do with his son, than himself. Although, I wouldn't have blamed him if it was for more selfish reasons too ;-)

I also heard that Jodi's own cat was terrified of her and would attack her for "no reason". I wonder what she was doing to her poor cat to make it WANT to attack her.

Juan Martinez has spoken with some of Darryl Brewer's co-workers. In Juan's line of questioning, he asked Darryl if it weren't true that after Darryl and Jodi's having sex for the first time, Darryl told co-workers that Jodi was very aggressive.

Darryl quickly responded, 'we were both aggressive', hey, he's on national TV, hence didn't want the world to think he was a wimp.:floorlaugh:
