*ATL is cincerned that she is a sexual deviant as she has done all these sexual things*

Does everyone here agree these sex things are deviant, as I just am a girl that wanted to have fun! Tied up, yep, pictures, yep (although I think shots of woo woo are gross and I would nver do!)...but all other stuff I pretty much have done in my younger years.

Pretty tame and "without" these days ... and one reason why I jumped on Saturday night when Adnoid left his door open.
:great:
Wowza. And I believed I was guilty of TMI! :blushing: Adnoid? Whaaa? (Good thing this thread has a disclaimer methinks!)

I think it's subjective personally. There was a time not all too long ago that the majority believed - and laws supported - being gay deviant.

I don't consider what consenting adults do sexually as deviant, barring no laws being broken. ;) That said though I truly believe Jodi used sex as a manipulative tool/weapon...still doesn't make her sexually deviant, in my opinion, just your average garden-variety psychopath.

How weird the defense said on Monday they had a female to testify but wouldn't tell Juan who when he asked and yet Nurmi didn't call this supposed person yesterday. Why?

I wonder where the money came from along her way to Travis' house that she deposited into her accounts.

How could Jodi have earned $800 as she was driving there??

Have KY Jelly! Will travel!

:gasp: apologies to mrs. Adnoid! I did not know, was just joking folks! We had a party here Saturday night, and my comment was in line at that time! I do not know Adnoid...oopsie

Oh, we know you were only kidding. It was funny. We need to de-stress after some of these court sessions. lol

I am just watching the BF and he seemed to be holding a lot of things back imhoo.

I agree. I just don't get it. Stop protecting her already! She left you for another man, used you for gas and then dragged you into a murder case. Are you going to continue being her little lap dog? I'm trying to feel sorry for the guy, but I feel like he still doesn't get it.

It was pretty obvious when he was 'holding back' and I can't really blame the guy. Don't think he lied for her... but he didn't tell the blatant truth on some things. He knew the places to insert the "I don't recall"answers. It's a difficult position to be in.

Telling my sons again... *Be careful who you date*

He's not married and shares custody. I just don't think he, or his ex want what happened with Jodi while they were living together on Nancy Grace for the next 15 weeks. I believe he is trying to protect his son and not Jodi. jmo

I don't know. It really put me off on him when asked how he knew JA and he responded, "We were in love". Yuck, just yuck. To me he sounds like he is still in love with her. Don't see any reason otherwise for him to bring that up. He could have just said that at one time they were in a relationship and lived together. JMO.

Or it is just JA acquiring traits of those that she feels people want to see. She is such a chameleon......she survives by mimicking everyone else so she can blend in to be accepted.

I was kind of leaning that way too.

He does have a nice voice. Throughout his testimony, I kept thinking he sounded a lot like George Takei.

Another observation that I made was, I thought the way that Jodi speaks resembles how Darryl speaks, the tone and the sentence structure that she uses. I guess being in a relationship for a while you begin to sound like your partner.

And Chris Hughes sounds just like Andre Agassi.

Did anyone catch him last night on Dr Drew?

Yes, and I must admit he looked much different then he did in court. ;)

Those receipts clearly show her premeditation. She must have known they would be found. The receipts show her getting gas in California and on the way from Utah to home but NO purchases of gas from Cali to Mesa. It was all part of her alibi. She did say she was never in Mesa. If it were not for the pictures with the time stamps it might have been almost impossible to prove that she was ever there. At least that is my understanding.

there was still hair, and a palm print (with TA's and her blood mixed), can't remember if there was anything else. But I agree, those pictures did her in.

I thought their speaking tones were similar as well, and I went on to imagine that listenening to a conversation between the two would probably be a complete borefest, kind of like the two hosts of SNL's "Delicious Dish." lol

My take on it was: the Defense put CH and his wife on their witness list. CH said he thought the defense only did this to keep them out of the courtroom. Then the Defense went on to say, but we do have reason to call you, don't we? and then it went to the letters. So it was to show that they did have reason to put him on the list, but I'm not sure exactly how it relates to the prosecutorial misconduct. (maybe something to do with CH telling Gus that he didn't like the defense lawyers, and he is a liar, etc.) It really was kind of confusing and seemed to stray from what the hearing was about. Maybe there was a point to it though, maybe we will find out when they continue the hearing.

it just seemed like a totally personal beef between the two of them to me. i'm confused too! mainly because i don't see what the line of questioning had to do with the REASON for the hearing.

it seemed like nurmi was just really ticked off that CH called him a snake and a liar and decided to jack with him because he could. CH is entitled to his opinion of nurmi, and probably has good reason to feel the way he does---and he has even more reason now.

I thought that when GS said he had someone in the car with him he was having a flashback to Las Vegas. lol

Seems like DB and JA had a different sort of relationship. I'd lay money he actually was in a relationship with as her supervisor and she pegged him as having something of substance to give her, shelter, power, money, something. Then when they bought the house, it was easy and pleasant enough, so she stayed, but they had a bedroom together and seperate bedrooms. I realize all relationships get to define their own boundaries, but this is noteworthy to me, knowing what comes later.

DA was well spoken, and I don't get the feeling he was totally lying, but he definately came across as protective of her. I get the feeling that he has fallen for the defense story hook line and sinker, that the Jodi he knew may have had some issues (which he won't cop to in any striagh foward way) but she would've never killed someone in cold blood.
