OT but I have the new Macbook Pro and love it like I've never loved a computer. I have had several different Macs over the years, imacs, macbooks, minis -- the one I mentioned earlier was my first, and it was the old classic white macbook, and I've been a devoted mac fan ever since.

So what I am thinking, obviously Travis was trying very hard to hold himsef up to his mormom friends, aquaintances, co workers, etc as following the Mormon doctrine very closely. Obviously, the flesh got the best of him(which happens to the best of us) when it came to Jodi so I am almost wondering if the defense should have taken the route that Jodi was threatening to "out" Travis to the Mormon community, which was OBVIOUSLY very important to him and that enraged him and that caused them to argue, fight and she defended herself by killing him. WHICH IN NO WAY AM I SAYING WOULD HAVE BEEN JUSTIFIED....just...

It just seems that the Mormon church was so important to him and I feel he was really conflicted with how Jodi went against all of that. All so sad to me. He was a handsome, normal 30 year old man that is being brutalized all over again in the court room. So sad!

This is her only defense (IMO) . . . . something that would enrage him so much as to make him attack her . . . . . the very thing that could cut him to the core, financially, good standing in the community, good standing in his church, being the "above board upstanding citizen" selling PPL to "help his Brother's and Sister's in his church and community".

I really hope the defense is not reading here right now!

Okay can someone post a few images of Daryl Brewers hands from the trial testimony- I am not kidding. Also, in the photos I have seen of Daryl at her jfineart myspace page- Daryl is an obvious anglo man, but he is also very tan- which is what those hands could be. His thighs, because of swim trunks and tans, could be very pale? Those fingers just look very familiar to me. Daryl had very square fingers, and rather large hands IIRC.

ETA he did admit Jodi took pictures of him... why wouldn't we assume she would also take naked pics. She took shower pics and shaving pics too. It was almost as if Daryl was a test subject before Travis became one.

Okay, the defense is somehow going to combine the new pics and Snow White being abused, but I don't think jurors will buy it. It's become quite obvious Jodi had detailed, premeditated, evil plans. IMO, she's closer to getting the DP than she was before.

I do believe TA was circumcised. There were pics from the camera from 6/4 that show him naked with an erection (it was blacked out in some of the photos but others showed it w/out censor) and I don't recall it being uncircumcised (that would have stood out to me).

with it being erected wouldn't it look like a circumcised one?

Absolutely nothing, in my opinion.

I dunno about that - I think it was mere shock value of these penis pics was meant to take away the relevance that the shock value of the CONTRASTING image JM showed Lisa Diadone that really brought the reality of what this trial is about, and what people are there for. In contrasting value, these images of the **!GIANT PENISES!** took the focus back out to shock value that is rooted in hilarity, and again irrelevant non-serious B*lls**t.
The jury is left with this impression over the long weekend.
There is no trial tomorrow, right? Someone just go ahead and tell me "no" even if there is so I can get something done

Right. None of this was made clear. I thought that this type of information ws required in order to introduce evidence??? Why did the judge allow this to go on so long without clarity and why didn't the pros. object?

Well, it came to a grinding halt before any evidence from that hard drive was admitted. The judge put a stop to it as soon as the prosecutor objected ..everything that came before the pics was just laying foundation.

But you're right - it was insufficient to have any evidence admitted without these clarifications. Maybe they'll get to that on Monday.
