Since we are all staring at the good ole Arizona seal right now, does Travis look drugged in those pics?

I didn't get to follow the first part of the trial so I may be repeating something that's already been addressed. But, in the pics, he looks fogged to me. Could she have administered something to him and then taken the pics?

The reason I ask is that I find it hard to believe she thought she could overtake him with the knife as a first choice. (Since shot was fired later). She had a camera and a knife so don't think she could hold a gun too. He is pretty strong. Would you risk going in with a knife first? There is a chance he could overpower her....unless....she knew he had been drugged and was more sluggish.

Again, apologize if this is old ground, but it's bugging me.
He had a tox screen done. He was only found to have very slightly elevated blood alcohol levels, IIRC. Something like .01%.

I still can't believe there are people who somehow believe that insults or percieved wrong doings can justifyably equate to murder. WOW

Can you elaborate? I don't understand the comment without the context behind it.....

I find it actually very scary. What a low threshold some seem to have. Im glad I dont know anyone like them.

MO

But if you were to explore/follow their logic on a host of different criminal trials and human rights injustices you would find extreme inconsistencies and bias. Killers walk free (usually female). Male victims and defendants viewed with prejudice.

Would the delay in the body being found have any impact on those levels?

What about the "band" around his arm???

There were no drugs found in his system during the autopsy

I haven't seen it discussed but I definitely thought he looked "out of it" in the two bed photos. Also - Did he have a band around his arm in one of those shots? Has that been discussed?

Duct tape around arm (we can't figure out)
and
very sleepy... couldn't go to sleep because a certain psycho was there.

Doesn't GHB disappear quickly in the blood?

Thanks. Alcohol could do it too. I just wondered with the length of time his body had to decompose before testing if there was a chance she administered something else. He really looks out of it. But, if he had some alcohol, she might have felt more comfortable going in with the knife first. I just don't think that, unless she thought he was somewhat out of it, she would try the knife first. Too risky that he could overtake her, even with the shower and all. And, holding a camera, she couldn't hold a gun too.

Anyone have a guess at who will be up next? Does anyone believe that they will still call Matt McCartney after what Juan did to Daryl?

I'm quite new here, I have been reading the forums constantly and find all of you very hospitable and knowledgeable people. I enjoy the time I waste at work on this site.

IMO: TA seems like the typical 30YOA male. He's probably (most likely) a horny dude who found JA very hot. Again, IMO, the blonde JA looks kindof 🤬🤬🤬🤬-star-ish. I think, IMO again, she wanted to be what TA wanted in a wife. She just couldn't cut it. No pun intended. TA seemed like most of the demographic of guys I know. Growing up in Texas, there was always this fine balance of religion and bad stuff you'd do before Sunday. Anyone else know what I'm talkin' 'bout?

I had TMZ on, the court came back, the judge apologized for the delay in starting court and then it flipped to the seal again. Has court been in session today? Is it in session now? Thanks!

That was from this morning.

If this was answered already, ignore :D

Not unless his blood was still pumping and liver and kidneys still functioning postmortem.

Was the duct tape around arm mentioned at all in trial?
