How can they get new evidence now? After four years???

Back during the Scott Peterson trial and when the CourtTV Message boards were alive, I believe someone who posted on that board (or it could have been this board as well) took a trip to the Peterson residence, took some photos, posted them on the message board. The prosecution used those photos in their case, years after charges were brought against Scott.

With this case, perhaps the 'fame' of the case brought people forward with information or items that they had no idea even were relevant.

All just wild speculation on my part though.

I saw the perfect hole it made in his forehead (skull) right above the right brow. In a persons Travis' age the brain sits right up against the skull. There is no way it could have missed the brain.

The left cheek is just where it wound up after it had lost all of its velosity which wouldnt happen the second it entered his brain.

IMO

Respectfully many have been shot in the head and lived, even talked after being shot in the head. I googled it and it's quite amazing that it can happen.

This is going to end up yet another wasted court day. Unfrigginbelivable. They already start late (at 10:30am) then often start late from that, then they break for lunch right at noon (doG forbid they take a short lunch or have some sandwiches brought in), then if lucky they get in 2 or 3 hours in the afternoon.

IMHO - whatever it is, the judge will take it under advisement and everyone will go home. Is Monday a trial day (I know Friday is not).

maybe they recovered the gun/knife or her clothing
I cant imagine there is much that would be as important to the trial at this point
its not like the defense is really looking as though they are gonna pull one out with
the way things are so far

And the new evidence would have to lend itself toward premeditation. (They no longer need to prove she did it or that she was there - she confessed.)

so, could it be that the next evidence was going to be the sex tape, Juan objected, and they had to clear the courtroom to have the evidentary hearing because there is not multi media in the judge's chambers?
