Only the "previews" they've leaked in opening statements, and of course IS talks about it. Was she in AZ or CA on her end of the phone line?
It seems to me that would make the difference weather it is legal???

Kentucky is so beautiful. Being from the west coast (we are a landscaped desert virtually) I was so impressed at how lush, and green, and gorgeous it is there. Truly Gods country.

The phone sex tape has me bothered,,,and it goes back to the "letters from travis" ,,is there proof it is travis on that tape,,could it be searcy making it with jodi ? Even in 07-08 it was pretty easy to change your voice on a computer..i think if you cant prove 100% it is travis,,you have to put ja on the stand or it is hearsay

The defense will have to authenticate it in order to move for its admission (as well as overcome some other evidentiary hurdles). The only way to attempt to authenticate it will be through Jodi's testimony. Without Jodi, there is no chance of it coming in.

Durn, was trying to cut paste previous GREAT posts culminating why she is guilty as I wanted to add why would some one who killed another in self defense would call after dear to ask about a date (to cover them). But alas and alak, on my nook now so cannot do it@!

I was so hoping to do that today prior to starting of trial, but add that one as I didn't see it in the previous FABULOUS posts by others that did 1-15 reasons why she is so obviously guilty.
