I'm quite new here, I have been reading the forums constantly and find all of you very hospitable and knowledgeable people. I enjoy the time I waste at work on this site.

IMO: TA seems like the typical 30YOA male. He's probably (most likely) a horny dude who found JA very hot. Again, IMO, the blonde JA looks kindof -star-ish. I think, IMO again, she wanted to be what TA wanted in a wife. She just couldn't cut it. No pun intended. TA seemed like most of the demographic of guys I know. Growing up in Texas, there was always this fine balance of religion and bad stuff you'd do before Sunday. Anyone else know what I'm talkin' 'bout?

If you were JA, and I know none of us would even dream about being her, but if you were in her shoes, would the jury questions (so far) make you feel like you needed to testify?

Obviously JA will go over this with her DT, but if it was me I would be thinking "If they're not buying what my witnesses are testifying maybe they'll buy it from me."

B - Personally, I think JA's waiting. She'll decide as it goes along. She's watching very, very closely, IMO, and likes to control the situation. I can imagine her springing it on the defense team some random morning.

I agree. Unless he's planning on running for office down the road. Then he'll want to say he is tough on crime and what better way than to point to his DP track record?

I didn't get to follow the first part of the trial so I may be repeating something that's already been addressed. But, in the pics, he looks fogged to me. Could she have administered something to him and then taken the pics?

The reason I ask is that I find it hard to believe she thought she could overtake him with the knife as a first choice. (Since shot was fired later). She had a camera and a knife so don't think she could hold a gun too. He is pretty strong. Would you risk going in with a knife first? There is a chance he could overpower her....unless....she knew he had been drugged and was more sluggish.

Again, apologize if this is old ground, but it's bugging me.

No, I think, after listening to the last witness I can finally pinpoint his expression. I think it's shame. He had again allowed himself to fall again. After hearing he didn't want to be alone with Jodi I think he was trying to keep their relationship on the up and up. And, in my opinion, Jodi kept making sure that their relationship kept going down what he believed to be a sinful place.

I understand a lot more now after hearing from the last witness.

I really do think Juan has a slam dunk DP case here. I haven't seen it often -- even in the Westerfield and Peterson cases there was always a little wiggle room. In this case - tight as a sheet. I woudn't blame JM for never giving up his position. I would personally like to see her get it.
