If you were JA, and I know none of us would even dream about being her, but if you were in her shoes, would the jury questions (so far) make you feel like you needed to testify?

Obviously JA will go over this with her DT, but if it was me I would be thinking "If they're not buying what my witnesses are testifying maybe they'll buy it from me."

JA realized she was "in over her head" when she briefly tried to defend herself; I think she learned her lesson and will not go against her attorneys' advice.

Wouldn't he "Medical Examers" report be "medical evidence"?

The autopsy report does not include a sequence of events. The only sequence we know of is what the ME gave on the stand, and only what he said "may" have happened, in alignment with the questions asked by the prosecution. There is still latitude as to what the sequence actually was, especially with certain conflicting testimonies he gave, such as the throat wound being immediately incapacitating and he wouldn't be able to hold his arms up or anything while later stating it was entirely possible he could.

On one of the youtube clips a commenter said "It's not like Travis was some innocent guy. He treated JA like a piece of trash." Goes to show that some people can't be reasoned with. What a scary world we live in.

Huffington Post as well. IMO, it is unhealthy for me to read those comments. Glad I found Websleuths... much saner and intelligent crowd.

shouldn't the seal say "seal of the great state of arizona, instead of great seal of the state of arizona? I mean whats great the seal or the state?:great:

LOL, earlier, when you mentioned this, I was GOING to say, "It's not the ONLY backwardsazz thing in AZ", but I didn't want to offend anyone.

You're right, though, Bobolaw.

IMHO I think we're done for the day.

He was firm that he would have gone unconscious very quickly though. If it had been first he did say it would be a life threatening injury. I saw the photo and it made a perfect hole where it went into his brain.

He would not be able to be all up and down that hallway or being able to defend himself from some of the knife stabs.

From the posters I have seen and the MEs on tv they agree with ME Horn.

IMO

IIRC he testified on cross, that he felt the shot was last, but either way both the shot and the throat cut came after the defensive wounds.

Why would everyone be asked to leave the courtroom?

Ok is this the time the Judge gets it on the record that she is going to testify or isnt?

No I dont and never professed to either btw but Dr. Horn does and has done thousands of autopsy and the two MEs that have agreed with him have also done thousands of autopsy. One for 30 years iirc.

I have no reason to disbelieve the ME who actually conducted this autopsy. It lines up with the rest of the evidence presented.

What your opinion is ........is your opinion but I am also entitled to mine and I stand by it.

IMO

<modsnip>. I was just asking if there was something other than his testimony.

RT @michaelbkiefer: Court security said it's uncertain whether we will be going back into the courtroom before the end of the day.

Wouldn't he "Medical Examers" report be "medical evidence"?

Yes, it would be. It would be his opinion based on thousands of autopsies. That is why I feel that he was shot last. It would make sense that he was shot first if you are just looking at it straight on. But, when you factor in the stabbing, dragging, etc. PLUS the fact that this is what the ME feels happened, you have the fact that he was shot last. This, probably because she heard sounds after she had drug him into the shower and was afraid he was still alive. The ME said that the gunshot would have rendered him unconscious within seconds, so it makes sense to me that there would be no way for him to get from the shower into the sink area to stand up against the vanity and to drip blood into the sink. He was standing there at one point, and it was definitely before he was shot through the brain.

Even so, one can still use a bar and brush to shave with a regular disposable-type razor.

I belive he used the old razor,,the type you suscrewed the bottom and the top opened, you then put in a double sided razor and screwed the and the top closed,,most popular before the disposable hit the market

I don't think there is ever a situation of a sociopath 'learning their lesson'. It is we who are to be schooled by their lessons- always.

Lol, come on! She scheduled an interview to do from behind her attorneys backs very recently!

Jodi thinks she's smarter than everyone else.

Yes he was very firm that the shot came last. I agree with him.

But you are right ......like the Judge ruled it doesnt matter or take away the cruelness of the crime.
